She fell onto him?!

I stood frozen on the spot as I try to subside my shock, I take a deep breath and say the only sentence I could muster.

"I-I apologize sir…"

"That's not a big deal Ms. Luna."

"Y-you know my name, sir?"

He just raised his eyebrows in reply, and I mutter to myself…

'Why asking question like that? He can't remember every employee in his company!'

"Then… boss, why are you here and not in your office, sir?"

Mona asked her boss awkwardly then she excused herself and dragged me straight to the cafeteria.

"We thought you two can't make it to have lunch."

Penny said carelessly as she and Karen seemed to have already finished their lunch.

"No problem! if you two already finished then ill accompany Luna, you can go work."

"Then... I'll be going! see you tonight in the celebration!"

Penny already reached the elevator when Karen said she wouldn't go until she got to know why we are late for lunch, so we have to tell her everything about the incident with the boss and how Mona helped me out of the situation.

"And luna bumped into  the president?!"

We nodded.

"And then she  fell onto  the president?!"

We nodded again.

"And the president calls her name?!"

"Yes, but you have to know that I just know him, and we didn't have any relationship or neither we known each other before or that we have special bond!"

I quickly explain to her when I saw her eyes bulged in shock and she start cursing under her breath like 'wow, why she didn't tell me?!' or 'God! that's impossible unless...'

"I know, I know! but if then... how can he remember your name?"

"Please Karen, let us have lunch first."

With Mona's help, we're able to have lunch while Karen thinking of all possibilities that I am his mistress, we sighted hopelessly every time she made a guess.

"Are you sure you have no relationship with him before?"

Karen made a final protest and I replied surely.

"Yes Karen...  I just met him!"

She nodded in disappointment as Mona got a call from her boss, she got to prepare his lunch, then she sped to the elevator and out of sight, surely it left only Karen and me.

"But that you tell me you never known him... that's quite unbelievable 'cause all the people in the city know his name especially for girls."

I told her for the umpteenth times that I didn't interest in this kind of news.

"You... don't know  your  boss's name?"

I sight, yes, I don't know.

As the girls are complaining about their dress for the party, they try to guess who will make the president to fall for.

I hurriedly get dressed in a white gown, it's the only dress I have.

M: finished? meet at the entrance hall?

P: should we held a cap?

Before I get out of the restroom, I replied to my friends and hurriedly and head to the main entrance.

Karen said to me as Mona and Penny are helding a cap to take us to the hotel where the party was going to held at.

"Here we go! I'll sit with the driver in front, you guys in the backseat, then!"

Mona said excitedly as we climb into a cap, shortly after that, we reached the hotel.

Penny is the first to stepped out of the cap and grasped as the grand hotel greeted her vision. 'What the...'

and we strode into the grand hall, longing for delicious food.

"Why I felt so hungry like I didn't have lunch!"

"No, Karen you already have a big bowl of salad for lunch!"

As Penny teased her friend we chuckle and waiting for the president to arrive so the party would begin.

"I hope one of us would get to dance with the president!"
