Yang Jiang woke up around 4 pm, shortly after which she heard Wen Lin walking back inside from outside. It was evident from the smell that he had some bags on him with food inside. He had insisted his assistant not accompany us on our honeymoon. This was because he had already promised to take care of me himself. Therefore, except for a few bodyguards, we were on our own.
