Time never waits for anyone as a few years pass in the blink of an eye.
Far from the church, on the top of the skull of the demon, a handsome youth was seen doing crunches, his sweat glistering over his toned muscles.
Despite being only six years old, Alex had the physique of a 13-15-year-old teenager with an athletic body, putting even most adults to shame.
He had spent all his efforts and time to attain the result, breaking his own limit from time to time by following the training regime generated by Eden (his system).
Thinking about that, he glanced at the small panel hovering in the air where his mission was posted.

'I still have to do the last set of pushups and then there is also a 5km run. Doing it three times a day is really tiring, if not for the increase in my strength, I would never do something like this.'
Sighing, he gazed at the sun which was on the horizon and was going to set soon.
'Well, maybe I should hunt another boar today for everyone. Should I bring some milk for the kids too?'
Alex rubbed his head and did a flip to stand on his hand, doing pushups.
"1, 2, 3... 10... 20... 49, 50... 99, 100! Finally done!"
Picking up his shirt, he draped it over his upper body which was drenched in sweat before climbing down the giant skull...

A mechanical voice echoed in his ears as he stopped running and took some deep breaths.
"*gasp* Man, this is *gasp*... tiring. *gasp*"
It took him two minutes to catch his breath which was pretty great compared to the first time when he literally lost his consciousness and needed someone to send him back to the church.
Which was pretty embarrassing if you ask!

Alex felt slightly sad by his low stats. Despite putting in so much effort, he was barely able to raise his stats to this point and there were still a few skills that were still sealed, waiting to be unlocked.
'Forget it. Let's hunt the boar before returning to church. Sister Lily would be worrying about me.'
Closing his eyes, he took a deep breath.
'Ah, I can smell some boars from that direction. Using mana to enhance your smell is really a good idea.'
Smiling, he dashed in that direction to hunt the diner for himself and everyone back at the church.

"You hunt a boar again! Didn't I tell you to not do that? It's dangerous." Just as he returned with a wild boar over his shoulder, Sister Lily jumped up to berate him.
Father Orsi came to his rescue, trying to calm down her. "Everything is alright. Hasn't he returned safely? Come on, don't be so angry."
Alex smiled at her and nodded his head, flexing his muscles. "Yep. I'm very strong, you know."
"But... it's still dangerous." Sister Lily sighed and said, very worried for him.
The best thing that had happened in the last few years aside from increasing his strength was Lily Aquaria, more popularly known as Sister Lily, joining the church.
She was one of the best waifu in the Black Clover. Despite not being familiar with many, he was at least familiar with her and her sweet personality.
Alex had spent most of his time with her and Yuno, helping Sister Lily with her chores while flirting with her which sometimes earned him a blast of water magic on his face. But he was still persistent in his pursuit since it would be a waste of life to not flirt with a beautiful woman.
One thing Alex learned from his past life experience was being thick-skinned because only such a guy could get a beauty like her.
During the past years, Father Orsi had taken both Alex and Yuno to the doctors for a checkup, who informed the old man that Yuno had a high magic affinity, which was he was a genius when it came to magic while Alex... he didn't have any magic in his body.
That was the first time even for the doctor to see a child without magic.
Well, different from reality, Alex's magic was still sealed at that time.
Father Orsi became worried about Asta as he had to face many hardships and discrimination once he grew up in the future. The old man tried to cheer him up on many occasions.
Alex found it quite funny in a way as he was going to become the strongest person in the world with his cheat codes but seeing the serious expression on Orsi's face, he could only listen attentively.
The heart-to-heart talk with Father Orsi, he still remembered clearly.
"Asta, you don't have to be down. So, what if you don't have magic? You can still live your life. You have your home here with me, Sister Lily, and other children." Father Orsi patted his shoulder and spoke.
Alex sighed and replied with a confident smile. "Don't worry old man. I don't give a damn about the report. I'll write my own destiny, no report can stop me from fulfilling my dream!"
"That's good, kid. But you don't have to force yourself, okay? Always remember that this place is your home." Father Orsi said with a smile. He was a little surprised to see him behaving so maturely...
"The food is ready!" Father Orsi stated as he put the plates on the table.
Sister Lily furrowed her brows, clearly very worried. "But... Yuno is still not back yet."
Father Orsi looked at the darkness outside and said. "Well, he should be back by now. I wonder what has happened... Maybe, I should have gone instead of him."
Alex closed his eyes and thought about any event related to the beginning before standing up abruptly. "Don't worry. I'll go and bring him back."
And after saying that, he made his way toward the market in the snowfall.
'That little fellow making my dear Lily to worry so much. *Sigh* I have to ask him to not do that later.'
Sometime later, Yuno came into his view. Alex also saw a big man standing in front of Yuno, trying to capture him.
"Who gave you the courage to bully my brother?"
But an icy voice interrupted the thug as he froze in his place. He slowly turned his head, a little scared before his nerves relaxed.
'Hah, it's just another little brat. How dare he scare me? I'll teach him a lesson.'
The thug walked over and extended his hand to hit Alex.
"How dare to disturb me, you little bastard?"
