Sasuke looked as Kabuto came in front of their team with a friendly smile. If he didn't knew about him he would have needed Sharingan to see that it was a fac smile.

" You three are this year's rookies aren't you?" His voice showed his confidence and approachable air.

" Yes, But we will definitely win the chunin exam." Naruto said with confidence. Even if he didn't shout all the examiners heard him and their killing intent focused on him.

" Well... You are quite confident on yourself. Let me help you as a senior." Saying that he took out cards out of his pocket.

While he was busy taking it out Team 8 and Team 10 came near Team 7.

" Troublesome," Shikamaru muttered coming near Sasuke and showed how lazy he can act. Ino went near Sakura and Hinata. And Kiba and Naruto started bickering with each other.And Choji just looked at all of it while eating beside Shino.

" These can show you info in a lot of candidates from here. I collected these but it is not 100% accurate." Kabuto humbly said.

" How many times did you take the exam?" Kiba asked because the girls didn't even bother looking at them. While Shikamaru and Shino became suspicious of him.

" It is my seventh time taking the exam." Kabuto said while both Kiba and Naruto exclaimed," WHAT!"

" Is the exam really that hard?" Choji asked and showed that at least he is the only one who have matured leaving behind both Naruto and Kiba on that department.

" Haa! You are such a loser if it is your 7th time!" Kiba mockingly said. Hearing that Kabuto's one eye twitched in annoyance.

' If I wasn't trying to be nice I would have killed this insufferable mutt.' Kabuto thought in anger.

"Well.... Maybe this time I will pass." His awkward smile didn't made anyone confident towards him but made Shikamaru and Shino suspicious enough to put him on their *Don't trust* book.

" Besides that here..' With that he started to show his little show and give information to all those hearing it.

" If you have anyone you want to know about you can ask." After saying that he looked at the rookie genins Infront of him.

" Gaara from Suna." Sasuke said. Hearing that both Shino and Shikamaru understood that it's a warning from Sasuke to stay away from this person.

" You even know his name.... Well let's see." He use his chakra to unlock the seal in a card. " Sabaku no Gaara.... His abilities are unknown..... But even after going on B rank missions he came back without any scratch."

Hearing that even the girls were alarmed. And all of them except Sasuke thought to avoid him. As for Sasuke he is busy looking around searching for Orochimaru all the while not letting anyone notice it.

Kabuto like a idiot to show that he is on the leaf's side said," Sound ninjas are from a small village and not worth mentioning."With that he got the beating he deserved.

Just then Ibiki and a lot of chunin came inside the exam and after giving the Sound team a warning the exam started. The only difference in the exam happened from the canon is there was no Naruto to give the fodders any confidence.

After all the drama and Anko's entrance all the Teams followed her. After taking the scroll for each team the second exam was about to start.

" OK..... THE EXAM WILL BEGIN...NOW!" with that the gates opened and all the Teams started to run inside the *Forest of Death*.

Team 7 entered the gate and Naruto created 20 teams by useing his shadow and transformation jutsu. While Sasuke replaced himself with his shadow clone to fight Orochimaru alone.

' They will only become hindrance.' He sensed a massive chakra which was giving him disgusting feeling. Sasuke started going towards the signature. He thought all about Orochimaru and recalled one after another plan's to complete the mission he made before. Because Orochimaru is someone who will go to any length to get what he wants no matter what and that's why he is one of the greatest threats in his life.

Both of them met in the mid air and Sasuke punched him all the while making his strength and speed on High chunin level. Orochimaru went flying only for few metres.

' It seems the bastard is testing me.' Sasuke thought while not being much surprise about it. After all Orochimaru came to test him and then show him how much power he can give to Sasuke.

Just as he expected next moment a massive amount of killing intent washed over him. Sasuke in reflex opened his Sharingan which showed his three tomo. Because now his seal will only hide his EMS.

" KU Ku Ku Ku..... It is more than I expected..... You are truly capable of surpassing him.... Now let's see how much have you grown." With that Orochimaru started to run towards him in Jonin speed.

But useing his Sharingan and taking out his chokuto he met head on like a fool. At least that is what Orochimaru thought. But the next moment he was surprised because his attack went directly through it. ' A clone! But when!' Orochimaru thought. Just then he saw a blade coming towards his left side from behind.

He easily dodged it but the next moment his face got kicked.... Hard. By the same clone which he thought an normal academy level clone.

In midair it took him a moment to be in position to land on his feet on a tree. But also this moment Sasuke came out of nowhere and tried to cut him in half. Keyword being tried this time Orochimaru dodged it without giving any thoughts of this also being a clone and jumped towards another tree away from all three Sasuke.

He saw all three Sasuke looking at him all in his eyes. He tried to expel genjutsu but nothing changed. He put both hands together and tried again while closing his eyes. This time something changed and that is he was trapped in a lot of ninja strings and four huge fireball came from four different direction.

He saw there was three Sasuke standing. So thinking that he should substitute when he was about to try lightning chakra went through his entire body stopping him. The only thing he was able to do is put a layer of chakra to protect himself before all four Fireballs hit him.

After the explosion and the smoke cleared the was Orochimaru standing smiling at Sasuke. And next to him a burned identical to his body laying down. Which was giving a smell of burned flesh.

" You are truly something to actually catch me off guard because of such strong genjutsu ability.... Compare to your genjutsu your other skills are far behind.." He showed his arrogance but not looking Sasuke in his eyes.

" To think you even fro!?" He was not able to finish before a lot of ninja strings with lightning chakra caught him binding him with a tree. But the next moment a massive red Fire Dragon came crashing on him.' Why my senses are getting so dull! And am I getting caught off guard so many times! GENJUTSU!'

When the smoke cleared there was Orochimaru with his left side completely burned. His mouth Opened and another Orochimaru came out. " I really.... underestimated you... again.." Orochimaru said while panting. ' He even mastered Shisui's Shunshin technique! He will definitely become a bigger monster than Itachi! HE'S MINE!'

Sasuke or the Sasuke clones just looked at him with blank face and no sign of fatigue. Seeing that he got no answer coming he didn't even look towards Sasuke and Substitute himself with a mud clone and hid useing his Kage level speed.

' It seems I really underestimated my genjutsu power! To think I am playing with Orochimaru like this.' But seeing Orochimaru substitute himself even at that speed he prepared himself to give Orochimaru the last gift.

Next moment the mud clone of Orochimaru started running towards him. Just as he was about to run towards it his instinct told him to move! Next moment Orochimaru bit in his shoulder.

But the next moment Sasuke turned into a log! Which was packed with hundreds of explosives tags.

*BOOM*

Next moment there was a huge boom made 15 meters from the middle all turned into ash.

Sasuke who was on top of a big tree a little distance away from the explosion looked at it. When the smoke cleared the chakra signature was still there. But when he saw a half body and snake coming out of it he was alarmed. But the next moment a hand like snake caught him.

" You will be worth all these trouble." Orochimaru said out of nowhere and put three fingers on his shoulder and the cursed seal appeared. " If you want to get more you will come to me." He said looking at the unconscious Sasuke.

" Truly....I shouldn't bite as I please..." Orochimaru said to himself while running into the forest. After all today he got a real good lesson on not bite anything as he sees like a baby..... Or biteing younger kids like a peadophile...." Truly a monster....he didn't used any hand seals In the entire fight." He muttered in his heart.

After he was left for a minute the Sasuke with the cursed seal turned into ink and the ink went inside a scroll. The full print of the curse mark was visible on it and it was the real Sasuke who was holding the scroll.

" Mission one * Get the Cursed seal for research* Complete." With a grin in his face he went towards a chakra signature which has the similar amount of chakra as himself.

[ A\N: Itachi even without using his MS was able to completely stop Orochimaru and Shisui was better than him in genjutsu. While Sasuke has EMS and very strong Yin surpassing Shisui. ]
