70 Accusations and laws

The entire stadium froze in shock as I turned around to see an officer Jenny followed by misty of all people. There was nobody else with them, so an independent bust? You just messed with the wrong person. I saw officer Jenny hold out her badge and repeat once again

"Mr. Ketchum. You are under arrest."

I snapped out of my surprise ya before anyone else. I recalled Gaia into her pokeball as I walked towards officer Jenny. I smoothly answered with a question. I also put my hand into my bag looking for something that will save me from an extreme injury, ear plugs.

"Well, I do wonder why? I haven't done anything illegal"

Well if you exclude semi-underage interactions. I mean technically, I am actually 10 with just extra maturity and a bit of extra knowledge so not even semi, I am fully 10 years old. Well 11 if you count the womb but legally and logically I am 10.

Oh and I also broke a few bones on Damien before bringing him into the police station but that was already filed, shelved and closed and i wouldn't be charged for that.

Well considering that she had misty in tow, I already knew what charges I would be falsely accused of.

"Well. You are under arrest for abuse of Pokémon, neglect of Pokémon and possible character defamation."

Huh, why I am I not surprised?

By now Wallace and most of the stadium had snapped out of their shock but instead of backing off, I pressured more on jenny as I asked.

"On what basis? I have never ever abused or neglected my pokemon. You can ask any of my rivals, professor oak or even my own Pokémon. Also who is the person/ group i supposedly defamed?"

The last question was pretty obvious but there maybe be more people than I thought. After all, with all of my success and friends have come with a few negative consequences. I also tend to not back out and create a lot of enemies. Mainly I have a large list of people who I pissed off. I mean from the top of my head I can name

2. Jealous people from pallet(they failed to embarrass me and it backfired on them)

5. That chick from kanto pokemon school

6. Team rocket

8. Giovanni

9. Those Pokémon school brats

10. A bunch of scientists who spend years to get the professor title

And all of those are just from kanto. I need to know exactly who is behind this. It could be an evil team or a really rich stuck up father of the brats I beat down. I can also retaliate with the amount of cruelty that they struck me with.

For ex, I would embarrass misty at worst but I would raid all of a rich stuck up guys illegal stashes of cash and attack them financially.

I also finally found the ear plugs I had stashed away in a corner of my bag for future purposes and I took them into my hand

"Well.. We have three different witnesses stating your actions as in humane and abusive. The character defamation charge was from The 4 water flower sisters. The witnesses were Damen, A young gym trainer from cerulean and the defendants family."

"Wait a moment. Damen is Damiens older brother. The young gym trainer from cerulean would work directly under the accusers and the family of a accuser aren't realizable especially since they weren't even present during my brief stint in that town.

All of your evidence at best, is wrong and at worst a criminal conspiracy to arrest an innocent ma- I mean innocent child. If you had taken the time to review your witnesses then you would have realized your errors."

Officer Jenny looked a bit disorientated but her experience allowed her to retort.

"Wha?? I mean that may be true but you must be brought in for questioning in accordance to due procedure."

My voice was completely calm but I had stumped both misty and officer Jenny. Misty, now on the ropes as she was not excepting me to fight back against the law resorted to her final and primal instinct. Screaming like a banshee.

"There is no way. I saw you pushing your Pokémon beyond what should have been. I even saw you beat your charmander."

My eyes closed as I tried to contain my rage at being called an abuser because if there is one thing I hate is..., well I hate a lot of things but the cardinal sins would be rape and abuse, placing themselves just above murder. I clamped down on my boiling aura with a calm mind.

"Really?"

"Yes!"

I pulled out a pokeball from my bag and I tossed it into the air as a massive charizard came out from it.

Charizard opened its eyes to look around for a bit before noticing Jenny and misty. He stared them down with an gaze as if asking them to hurry up and ask what they want to. Misty in her misplaced courage or stupidity went up to the charizard and asked.

"Does the Bad trainer ever hurt you?"

Charizard thought back to his spars with me that still happen although they are much rarer and I usually have to go all out to beat him into the ground. He nodded with pride as he knew that all the Pokémon were jealous of its trainer being so strong. Even the charizards at the Charific valley were jealous of his power and trainer.

Misty of course mistook charizards time to think as hesitation to admit abuse and she basically charged at me with an open palm as if attempting to slap me. I almost laughed at her pitiful attempt to stop me before thinking if I should let her hit me or should I catch her hand.

I thought that I should take the middle path as I dodged her slap by a few inches.she nearly fell over from the lack of balance and I took this opportunity to walk past her and to charizards side.

"Well charizard buddy. Was the only time I ever hurt you during our spars?"

This time charizard nodded without hesitation.

"We were just having a little spar when you came across us. Also charizard is much stronger then before and he doesn't have any sort of malnutrition. And have you seen charizard at full blast? He managed to destroy Moore's strongest pokemon with one hit. How do I abuse and control someone who could melt me into goo with one attack?"

I pulled out my ear plugs and I tossed one pair to Wallace who was nearly 30 feet away from me as I observed misty face. He had enough awareness to not only catch the earbuds but also put them on in time, sadly the rest of the stadium were not lucky enough.

I saw her expression turn into pure desperation before transforming into anger as she shouted the loudest that her vocal chords would allow. Even through the ear buds I could hear her shrill screams nearly break my ears. I swear I saw glass shatter.
