Akira's POV

I had just finished saying my goodbye's to Jirou and I was on the way to the airport.

[So I guess this is goodbye for now]

[You better come back stronger than you are right now]Kuro

[Hai. Ah I'm starting to tear up]

[Chin up. Show the world how strong you can be]Yuki

[The flight to America is now boarding]Speaker

[I guess this is goodbye]

I waved at them for the last time for a long period. I boarded my flight and quietly said goodbye to Japan before nodding off.

[We have safely landed in America. Thank you for choosing __________ Airline]

I slowly stand up and get my luggage heading out of the plane. Once I finally get out of the airport, my breath is taken away at how different everywhere looked. I lived in San Francisco in my previous life so this part of America was different.

[Hey over here]???

I looked around and found someone holding a sign with my name on it.I slowly walked towards them.

By the time I reached there, they gave me a smile and hugged me extremely tight.

[Um, do I know you]

[Ah, where are my manners. I'm Daiki Tanaka, a friend of your parents and the person you'll be staying with during your stay here]???-Daiki

[Come on, my family is so excited to meet you let's not keep them waiting ]Daiki

[O-ok]

He brought me to a nice looking car and helped me put my luggage in. The ride to his house was quiet which I found surprising cause from the short time I was with him, he seemed like the talkative type.Before I knew it we had arrived.The house was not too big nor small and had that homey feel to it.I got my bags from the car and followed him into the house.

[We're back!!!]Daiki

I was surprised at his shout, but later on I heard a few feet running down the stairs

[Papa!]???1

[How are you doing Ren?]Daiki

[Amazing]???1-Ren

[Where are your sisters?]Daiki

[We're here dad]???2

I turned to the voice and my heart skipped a beat, literally. She looked like a goddess let me tell you that and I wasn't joking there. She was holding a small child in her arms, around the same height and size as Ren.

[How is my baby girl doing]Daiki said taking the child from her arms

[Rem is fine pap]???3-Rem

[And you Akane?]Daiki

[I'm doing fine father. If I may ask, who is this?]???2-Akane said pointing at me

[Ah, this is the girl that I said would be staying with us]Daiki replied giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

[Hi, my name is Akira Hayaba. Thank you for letting me stay here]

[Hello, Akane Tanaka. These are my younger siblings Rem and Ren]Akane

[Akane dear, can you show Akira to her room?]Daiki

[Sure. Follow me.]Akane said turning to me.

I nodded and followed her upstairs to my new room.

[Well this is it]Akane

[Thank you]

[No problem and hey we'll be living together for awhile try to loosen up]Akane

[O-ok]

She sent me a small smile which I reciprocated before heading into my room. It was simple just how I liked it. I immediately settled in while playing some music in the background, before a knock interrupted me. I walked to the door and opened it only to see Ren looking at me.

[Um miss, papa said I should call you for dinner]Ren

(It's already dinner time how long have I been unpacking)

[No need to be so formal with me I'm not that old. You can call my Big Sis if you want]

[B-big sis?]Ren

[Yep]

[Ok. Big Sis let's go down for dinner now]Ren said jumping up and down with a huge smile on his face.

I just nodded and followed him downstairs. I don't know how it happened but he somehow convinced me to carry him on my shoulders.

I walked into the dining room and saw everyone ready to eat.I was about to put Ren down when he suddenly shouted.

[Kukuku. Look at me Ren. I'm taller then you. I'm like a giant now. Kukuku]Ren

(Why is he laughing like that)

[Ah, no fair. Ren also want to be tall]Rem exclaimed.

[Big Sis will only carry me]Ren

[Big Sis carry me too]Rem said tugging on my shirt and giving me puppy eyes.

I couldn't resist the eyes so I carried both of them on my shoulders.

[You guys seem to be getting along well]Daiki

[Ah, I forgot you were here]

[How mean. Anyways it's time to eat]Daiki

I nodded I agreement and put the kids back on their seats and sat down to eat.

The day went by fast and before I knew it, I was getting ready to sleep.

(If this is how life is going to be for now. I don't mind it at all)

I slowly dozed off after that
