Now some of you my wonder why is concentrated thoughs will give birth to mana pores, to answer your question I need to clarify you about the nature of mana.
Mana is simply the materialization of thoughts, the more one thinks, research, meditate... the more intelligence and wisdom one would have, resulting In bigger mana pool.
The mana cercuice are what would let someone have a bigger memory, faster though process, creativity... This is why my intelligence and wisdom have experienced a grouth. Of course mana control also have it's use in this, since the skill is called control, it grant the ability to basically, rules over one's mind. An example will show the results more than mere words.
When you are writing an essay, something you have a clear train of thought than a new idea pop up, then another, and you continue like this till you find yourself thinking of something completely different, that have no relationship with your subject like your dinner, an old joke, or even your plan for the next year with your vision of the future, etc... So you re-read everything and try to find your initial train of thought, than continue your essay.
With mana control, you are able to reattach all of your train of thoughts and come up with something more complex and amazing, your brain accept everything and filter it, those who are good and those who are bad, those who are usable and useful now and those who are useless for the time been. Even a apple was useful to create the lows of gravity besides been eaten.
Their is still a difference between what your brain do and what you think of doing cause your brain will only assist you in your train of thoughts, but this discussion is for another day.
Now returning to the mana pores, if you focus your thoughts in an action and your thoughts are strong enough, than mana pores will be created.
However, not all the mana pores are the same.
The more time and effort put in the pore, the stranger it will become.
Also, an action my results in the creation of one pore or multiple pores and some action have some over lapping pores, which may result in the upgrading of the said pores.
Do not forget that pores can be destroyed by another person or by one self, and that the limit of the pores in a person is different based on the mana pool and it's purity.
Now since my mana is of 215, the number of pores I can have is 21 pores, the lowest kind of pore give a mana regeneration of 1Mp/12h. This kind of pores need to think of the action a hundred time before being formed. Also, in case of the destroying the pore, the experience is wasted.
Since I have 21 pores non constructed, I calm my mind and focus on the connection between my brain and the tendon in my hands and feets, my brain and my neck, back and spin and finely between my brain and my stomach. Making respectively 2 mana pores in my hands and one in my arms, 1 in the sole of my feet, Achilles tendon and knees, 2 in the neck, the middle of the back and the spin while the last three are in my stomach with one of them close to the heart, after doing a hundred cycle.
Before being awakened by the call of nature leading me to answer with the war cry of the warrier.
