My phone rang again, and I was unable to finish my statement.

My phone had rung a while ago, when Ace and I were staring at each other because of the spark created by that brief kiss. "I'll be heading downstairs, so please answer your phone call." Ace shrugged, which made me roll my eyes.

"What makes me think you think I'm hiding something from you?" Ace is being questioned.
