"Yes, and before she could do something to hurt you, I punished her. She won't be able to lift a finger because I paralyzed her."

"You, WHAT?!" Julianna snapped when she heard his words.

"She left me no choice. I needed to take action." Drake rationalized his actions, leaving Julianna to question his lack of regret.

The Drake she knew was kind and gentle, but the one she was seeing now was different. He indeed had two personalities, one for her and the rest for others.

"And what should I say to my father when he inquires about Silveira's condition?" Julianna ignored his cold look and inquired.

"Tell him the truth," he announced.

Although Julianna thought Drake was treating Silveira too harshly, she later thought his response was reasonable. A person who had consistently harbored malice towards her was not someone she should feel sorry for.

Maybe this was Silveira's fate for all the wrongdoing she did to her.
