CHAPTER 13
I have not interfered with Sir Sage for the past day, and Misty and I have been even more diligent in studying with Erickson as the tutor. He said that I have become more matured and I am a little fluent in English but I told him that it's because of him and that I am always grateful because of him.
"Madeline," he said to me one day.
"Why Erickson? ”I also asked him weakly.
"I... I like you...." he shyly said and immediately turned his back on me.
My reaction was shock and surprise because of that. "I don't know what to say, Erickson.." I said weakly or maybe it was just a whisper.
I can't move in shock and stupefy him. Because this is my first time that he will confess his feelings right in front of me.
And I didn't know that this is how he feels about me. Because I like him too but as a friend and also a tutor.
I was ashamed to face him and now I look at what my reaction was and I know that he is also waiting for my brain to prophesy.
