Feeling killing instinct of the wolf Hiro's went cold and entered battle mode.The wolf was nearing him.50 meters ,40 meters 25 meters ,10 meters ,it cleared the gap between them closed by tens of meters in just a few second .Wolfs speed was quite fast considering its body size. Hiro cautiously probed it and found its Strength and Speed was far greater than he thought. However, it was still manageable for him.

After positioning himself several times, he managed to hit the wolf, but only dealt minor damage to it.

However, there was still clear progress—the wolf was slowly losing battle. Perhaps about a hundred strikes were needed to slay it.

Thankfully, the wolf was only slightly faster than him. Hiro had enough time to position itself and dodge, so killing it was only a matter of time.

Seeing that it was at difficult position , wolf cried trying to imitate Hiro. And increased its fierce attack not caring about the damage it was taking.As the battle prolonged no idea came to mind for the time being. Hiro could only do his best to control his speed to deal damage to the Wolf.

The Wolf got close up to Hiro. Its paws became a lethal scythe slicing at Hiro's chest with a frosty glow.

Hiro bit his lips and forced himself to stay conscious under the charge of the ferocious chi. He subconsciously stomped his right foot on the ground, twisted his waist and leaned to the left.

There was a slight crack and the shining claws sliced through Hiro's clothes like paper, leaving a faint mark on his chest. Blood seeped out from the wound and dripped down due to gravity.

Before Hiro could even pant, the Wolf landed, twisted, then sprung again, turning into a white beam.

"Fuck!"

Pain made Hiro's eyes go even colder.

Suddenly he remember what system had told him.If he died here he would feel in original world.This made him nervous.

When he was nervous and facing the Wolf's rapid charge, he could barely dodge it. If he just calmed down, perhaps he could come out victorious.

When the Wolf charged at him again,Hiro had already calmed down completely. His eyes went cold as he moved his legs and sidestepped slightly. He dodged another attack.

The man and Wolf kept entwining. One punch, one claw. One was a noob Foundation state martial artist, one was a Wolf. It was like chickens pecking at each other.

After more than a hundred clashes, Hiro's fist landed on the Wolf's head. There was a thud and the Wolf softly fell to the ground. Its brains had been scattered to pieces and it inevitably died.

Hiro finally came out victorious. Although he had marks on his body and had lost some blood, there was nothing lethal.

Yet, his punches struck the Wolf's head over and over, eventually killing it.

Hiro's hands fell onto his knees as he panted nonstop. He looked at the body of the Wolf and thought that the Wolf's defense was too strong. It took him more than a hundred punches to kill it.

Its final bit of health was depleted and its red carapace instantly exploded. Two things burst out from its carcass.

Hiro looked at the two things and blinked his eyes.Seeing it was still a surprise.

He went up and grabbed the things with his hand. They were weightless but rendered a warm sensation on the hand.

"Killed Qi Gathering creature,Giant Wolf. Discovered True beast pill."

"Killed Qi Gathering creature,Giant Wolf.Discovered a Spirit stone."

Upon seeing the two notifications on the screen, Hiro couldn't help but be taken aback.Was not this the drop loots from beasts when he played the game in earth.

While he was thinking back his time on Earth. Two Giant wolf, each about the same size as the one he had just killed, appeared on the grass before him. They were rapidly running towards him in a frenzy. There also seemed to be grass rustling sounds coming from behind him.

Hiro's face froze as he looked back. Another two Wolfs of the same size, this time both grey, were coming towards him. Four Wolfs… Their red eyes flashed with ferocity as they neared.

Hiro turned and dashed to the right without hesitation. Just one of those huge Wolfs had almost flipped him to the sky. Now that there were four, he really wouldn't be able to handle it.

Hiro had used up a lot of stamina in the previous fight. After bursting out at full speed, he was soon short of breath. The sound of the grass rustling had never stopped. Without a doubt, it was the four Wolfs chasing him.

Hiro's mouth was dry. He wasn't a female Wolf, why chase him?!

The grassy plains looked boundless. Hiro ran at full speed for a few kilometres. He was panting heavily but could only grit his teeth and press on. He ran faster and faster.

This was because as he was running, two more Wolf joined the chase. Now, there were six wolfs behind him. If he dared to stop, he would be torn to pieces.

Hiro couldn't think about other things. His chest was in immense pain, his throat was dry and sore, and his legs were numb as though they weren't his. He was only running forward subconsciously now.

More and more wolfs gathered behind him. They lined up uniformly behind Hiro like kids led in a run. Of course, if only these kids didn't open their mouths so big.

Just when Hiro's consciousness was blurring out, the wolfs behind him suddenly raised up their ears and their bodies instantly froze. Moments later, they all spread apart and ran into the brushes.

Hiro heard this without seeing it and arduously turned to take a glance. He found that the Wolfs hunting him had completely disappeared. His mind relaxed and his body immediately stumbled to the ground. After resting for a while, he slowly sat up.

Just when Hiro stand up, there was a sudden pain in his chest. He looked down and blood suddenly spurted out. Then, his vision fell into darkness.

In a Hiro's bedroom, Hiro suddenly opened his eyes and sat up. He panted heavily and fear could still be seen in his eyes. His dark hair and clothes were drenched in cold sweat.

Hiro recounted that strange final scene on the grassy plains. His last memory was of his chest being cut open by something sharp.

His blood spewed out like crazy. He was like a human fountain.

As for who the culprit was, he didn't see at all.

Even now, his body was wracked with pain. It seemed that the feeling from Explore has passed over.

Just when he was pondering what had killed him , system prompted.
