As his family betrayed him, the presence from the bloody hospital director grew stronger. The faces of his family members on his body started to twist and change. Multiple black threads were vomited out of his family's mouths. As the black threads came into contact with the broken bodies and limbs, they would come alive like someone had given them a second life.
