I was listening to their conversation from far away. I agree with his words that I am going to marry Siya for Mom's happiness but it is not the way to talk with Amma.

" Karthik… Do you know with whom you are talking? " I shouted at him.

" Yeah...I knew. I am talking with a selfish mother who only cares for her son's happiness " I said.

" Karthik…Will you shut your mouth?" Priya held his arms.

" Why should I shut my mouth? Am I telling lies? Don't you think about your sister's happiness?" Karthik shouted at Priya.

" You are not in the right senses. We can talk about it later…" Priya held his hand.

 Amma collapsed in the sitting position on the couch placing both palms on her forehead. She started crying with his hurtful words.

" Amma...please don't cry. You knew about his anger issues. " I hugged my mom.
