How did Amber get to the door? Why wasn't she stopped by the security?

She took a boat to the beachside (Crash mentions earlier that it's the only access to the house, but it can only be used by other residents, so it's not so much of a risk.) They had people patrolling, but she knows how their whole system works, so she knew what to look for and what to evade. And she dressed like their security, too, just in case someone saw her.

If I'd written it, that would have been clear from the way they got out and what Kelly sees her do. It's one of the downsides of summarizing.
