Izuku in the world of Fallout 4. Gets a different quirk, for All Might got One for All, and passed it down. (won't spoil the person who got it) and finds...friends? Can they be trusted? Izuku is a reincarnation of... somebody. Won't spoil it! You will know when he finds out what his quirk is. I don't own anything of Fallout or Naruto. Fallout is owned by Bethesda.
