30 Chapter : 28 Detroit Smash

(3rd POV)

"Do amuse me a bit."

The mocking words echoed in Todoroki's mind. Making him grit his teeth in frustration and anger.

"Don't mock me." Todoroki did his best to ignore the pain and he stood up. Waving up his hand as ice spike charge forward, towards Bakugo.

Bakugo also just waved his hand up, combustion of flames moved forward. The attack colided and both cancel each other.

"You were right, you are on a different league...You are way below me!!" Bakugo exclaimed before rushing forward again.

Todoroki made an ice wall to block Bakugo again and he retreated hastily.

Bakugo blasted away and saw Todoroki running away "Hide..but you can't run!!"

Bakugo charged foward. Shooting himself like a bullet. He caught up with Todoroki in the span of less than 3 seconds..

He put his hand out, and attempt to catch the fleeing boy...but then his instinct flared up.

He looked towards his side, a corridor and from the there, his eye caught the sight of the green ugly costume.

Midoriya, seems to appear out of nowhere from Bakugo's perspective but the boy had been waiting for him since he blasted Todoroki away.

'!!!' Bakugo's eye widens as he saw green sparks encase the arm of Midoriya. His instinct warned him..'danger!'

Midoria put his had forward and his fingers were in a position to flick...The sparks of lightning gathered a huge amount of raw strength.

Then, he focused that strength to a single point, his middle finger...

And he released that strength in the form of a flick..an attack which did not even land on Bakugo, he was a few feet away from Midoriya's hand.

'He missed' that would be the thought of all that saw the scene but...did he?

The air cried out when the attack was released and it was pushed away with such violent force that it created a mini tornado in that short instance.

The air was pushed away by raw strength and it crashes right on Bakugo, who was but a few feet away.

Bakugo only had time to put up one arm before the mini tornado crashed into him...Pushing him with such wild force that he was blown away like paper.

He was pushed through the steel tiles and the hard concrete wall and was thrown into another compartment..

*Boom!!*. *CRASH!*

"Argh" Midoriya grunted as he hold his own hand, he clench his fist and knelt down...bearing the painful drawback for using such a move.

"GO!! Capture Hagakure first!" Midoriya shouted with pained voice to Todoroki.

Todoroki just nodded and went back towards the invisible girl.."I'll come back soon." He said before running towards Tooru.

Midoriya stood up after that and he went in the big hole on the wall in which Bakugo was pushed through.

He went in and saw a pile of rubble..The pile shook and slowly and rather dramatically, someone stood up..

Bakugo slowly pushed himself up as the rubble falls down from his body..His eyes glowed menacing red..

He was scuffed up with some bruises but no other injury was present in his body..."You.." His eyes bore on Midoriya..

"I'll kill you!!" His voice enraged, he shot towards Midoriya..

Midoriya was focused..he may seem steady on the outside but his inside churn in preparation..

Bakugo swing his right hand, in the form of a hook..he was so fast that a normal eye could not catch his movement...

But Midoriya does not need to see the action as he already predict the attack of Bakugo..the moment Bakugo moved, his body already took a course of action..

It was a risk..if he was correct, he would have a chance but if he was wrong, he would be knocked out cold.

A leap of faith and chance..

So putting faith in his analysis and prediction, he steps forward and proceed to act as if to grab something..

And luckily he was right...He caught the right hand of Bakugo, which came for a hook...

He turned his body and swing his hips, putting the arm on his shoulder, he throw bakugo over his shoulder..

His years of martial experience kicked in as he executed a perfect judo throw..

Bakugo's world turned upside down as he was lifted off the ground..he was a bit surprised but he let the action continue, even though he could easily stop it...

"Hyahh!!" Midoriya slammed Bakugo onto the ground. Bakugo's back met the ground with a force, strong enough to bend the steel tiles layed on the floor..

Midoriya then let go of the hand and jumped away..getting away from Bakugo..

That proved to be a right decision as moments later, the back of Bakugo exploded and he instantly stood up using the foce pushing at his back.

He looked at Midoriya with unreadable eyes before he spoke "How did you do that?"

"I have recorded and analysed all the Heroes and people who I thought was amazing in a list....I search what I could learn from them and analysed what made them special.." He put his hands up and lowered his centre of gravity...getting in the perfect position to counter any attack..

"And you..Kacchan, are at the very top of that list." A small smile formed on Bakugo's face as he heard that..

"Well..lets see how far that brain can get you!!" Bakugo was gone, a large exlosion occurred in his previous position.

Midoriya, gathered his power in the form of green sparks and concentrated it on a single toe..*Boom*

He too shot forward like a bullet with unyielding momentum.

Bakugo's eye widen in suprise when he saw green sprark of lightning move towards him..It was faster than him...

Too fast was the action for his reflex to answer..in the breadth of a milli second, the green sparks of lightning was in front of him..

Midoriya gathered his strength in a single point on his forehead, green sparks of lightning covered his head as he headbutted Bakugo right in his stomach.

The force generated ripped away the steel tiles on the ground as a lound sound reverberated through the room *PHOOH!!*

Bakugo felt the air in his body pushed out before he was sent away with a force that made him go through two walls before he was stopped by the third one..

Midoriya land on the ground but he had no time to even catch a breath as he saw yellow glitter from the place Bakugo crashed.

He immediately moved away as soon as he saw that.

The glitter ended and what followed was beam of explosion that shook the entire building..

*BOOM!!*

The beam went through all the walls on the building floor and reach outside..

Midoriya stood up and looked towards the source...Two piercing red eyes and a wide smile that looked like the devil himself.

"Ouch.." Bakugo's body disappeared like a mirage and his previous location exploded and melted, turning into lave..His flames were stronger and hotter than ever before!!

Midoriya also disappeared in a flash of green spark..Putting all his strength in his two fingers that he used that as a way to attack..

Bakugo's elbow erupted and pushed his hand like a rocket, the attack was launched with great force.

Midoriya brought two of his fingers up and slash it down like a dagger..the two fingers met the fist..

When the attacks collided, the air quaked away and the building trembled..

They stay stagnant in the air for sometime before they moved again, only to collide into each other for a second time..

The air was chaotic as each exchange of attack produced absurd force..

They began exchanging blows as their battle raged on...Bakugo with an excited grin and but Midoriya was barely keeping up..

Shockwave erupted whenever they collide and they break into different compartments, and rooms

Midoriya ducked under the attack of Bakugo and rolled on the ground..He laid on the ground, facing up...he brought his hand up towards Bakugo..

He flick his finger with all his strength and the atrack hit Bakugo at point blank..the air was crushed by the strength

A hurricane of wind erupted and crash on Bakugo, pushing him off his feet and sending him flying towards the roof..

He crashed through the roof to the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor's roof...He repositioned himself as his feet landed on the 4th building's roof..standing on it upside down..

He stayed suspended upside down for a moment before the roof cracked under his feet...

His feet erupted with a giant explosion as he shot down towards Midoriya, who was on the 2nd floor..

He gathered momentum on his decend as he gathered his power on his right palm..

He crashed down like a meteor and his attack hit the ground and a loud explosion followed..

The whole building shook and every glasspane of the building shattered from the shockwave..

Midoriya barely dodged the attack but he was blown away from the aftershock of the attack..

Dark smoke filled the surrounding as a figure stood up..

"Midoriya...Stop holding back..If you truly want to beat me you have to go all out!!" Bakugo roared out from the dark smoke..his red eyes and shadow were visible even in the smoke..

"Or are you still that weak kid I found years ago?" Bakugo mocked..

Then, suddenly...

The smoke cleared away as Midoriya rocketted forward and Bakugo saw him..

Sparks of lightning wrapped around his arm, realeasing quick thunderous sound as they gather absurd amount of strength..

Bakugo summoned his power on both hands in order to block the blow..

The air itself vibrated from the raw physical might that Midoriya wielded in his righ arm..

The air screamed as the punch moved forward...

The bright lightning blinded Bakugo and he closed his eye...

Darkness for only but an instant..

He lost his sight but he heard it...

Black..

And then...
