8 Nine

It has been three days since Yahiko attacked the nomu lab, the police and many heros got involved with the investigation. They examined the nomu corpses while trying to figure out what happened. Yahiko didn't leave any traces behind since he had his clones interact with the environment. In the end, they couldn't find any leads and wrote it down as a vigilante attack.

Back at Jin's apartment, Yahiko could be seen reading a book about anatomy while waiting for the man sleeping on the couch to wake up. He's been in stuck in some sort of coma for the past three days, Yahiko thinks it might be because of his body deteriorating. Fortunately his worry wasn't necessary since the sleeping man started to wake up.

"You're finally awake, it's good to see that yo-

Before Yahiko could finish talking, the man shot a purple laser out of his finger right at Yahiko. Yahiko simply formed a barrier with almighty push, causing the man to widen his eyes in surprise.

'He has air wall too? Is he also a nomu?'

"I thought you would be more reasonable, simply attacking your savior out of nowhere like that is really stupid."

"My apologies, but you have to understand what type of situation I was in. I have every right to be on edge after getting experimented on and by any chance, are you a nomu?"

"I am not. It is simply my quirk."

"I see... why? Why did you rescue me?"

"I am seeking strong individuals to help me change the future. This world is ugly and flawed, I must change that. People think the world is at peace, they are wrong. How can there be peace when heros and villains exist? They treat it like it's normal, that it's fine that they're running amok and threatening their safety. I will make everyone realize that there can be no peace as long as these heros and villains exist. I will make them realize that there is a even greater threat than villains, a threat so dangerous that both sides will have no choice but band together in hopes of defeating it. That threat will be a god, a unbeatable god. I am god"

"I understand, I also wish to change the world. The strong will rule over the weak, if we have to live in a society it might as well be a superhuman one. The supremacy of one's quirk is all that matters, since it's the only way to measure a person's worth. Villains and heros are irrelevant, raw power is all that matters. Not their origins, not their beliefs, the strength of their quirk is what's most important. There can only be one true ruler, that ruler will be me."

"...Shall we introduce ourselves since we had a bit of a rough start. I am Yahiko Akatsuki, I am god."

"Nine, future ruler of society."

The two began an hour long discussion with each other about the perfect society and how much better the future would be if they changed it. It was a lengthy discussion, it probably would've continued for another hour. But suddenly Nine started gasping for air, veins started popping up on his head. His cells were decaying, but he couldn't heal himself.

"Ah, I almost forgot about how your body is. I almost forgot to ask you to join me as well."

"*Gasp* Join *Gasp* you? Why would *Gasp* I join *Gasp* you?"

"I can heal you."

"!?!?!?"

"I know what you're thinking, and yes that barrier earlier was apart of my quirk. But do you really think I would attempt something as big as changing society without power? If you join me, I can heal you right now. You don't have to, but it will be a lot faster this way, don't you agree?"

"*Gasp* I agree.*Gasp*"

"Good choice, all that hard work really paid off. Welcome to the Akatsuki, Nine."

Using the naraka path to summon The King Of Hell, Yahiko grabbed Nine by his nape and threw him inside the creatures mouth and it began chewing. One would expect screams of pain upon being eaten, but no screams were heard. After a few seconds of chewing, it spat him out and began descending back into the portal. When the process was over, Yahiko walked up to Nine who was currently in shock from getting eaten and getting spat back out feeling better than ever.

'What was that! How did it heal me? What type of quirk summons a monster that heals people by eating them?'

"Glad to see that you're alright, I'll have you keep your end of the bargain by introducing yourself to the other members of the Akatsuki. And just a quick reminder for you, don't try to steal my quirk. I can cripple you just as fast as I can heal you, understood?"

"I won't turn my back on my comrades, especially you since you healed me with that strange monster. I cannot thank you enough, Yahiko-sama."

'Sama? Oh well, it's better to have the respect of my allies anyway.'

Yahiko texted Jin and Himiko and told them about their newest member, but they could care less about him.

'Do they take anything seriously? At least I won't have to suffer alone. Now that I got Nine on our side our power greatly increased. The quirks he had in the anime were air wall, bullet laser, hydra, scanning, weather manipulation, and All For One. He doesn't have cell activation since he hasn't had the chance to look for a cure himself. He should be able to take three more quirks, I'll have him steal Muscular's, Kurogiri's, and Kai Chisaki's quirks.The future looks bright, for me at least.'
