Provisional Hero License Exam

Cloud set up his dorm room and nodded in satisfaction. The rest of the students flooded in and started looking around. Denki pointed to the sword rack and said "What is this?" Cloud said "The first one is my first katana, the second one is Kumo." Izuku pointed at the knife and said "Is that Stain's?" Cloud nodded and the rest looked at the knife in awe, Mina said "Why is it melted in some spots?"

Cloud grimaced and said "Toxic Chainsaw." they gasped and Denki said "The villain? The heroes got him a long time ago no?" Cloud scratched his head and said "Yeah they did. For sure, anyway what are your rooms like?" Izuku was silent and the rest walked out towards their rooms. Cloud looked at them all and noticed a charred teddy bear in Toru's room, he snapped his fingers and remembered something, he texted Mei, who sent a thumbs up along with 'What number is your room?' Cloud smiled and texted her his room number.

After seeing everyone else's room

Cloud put on his weighted suit and his max weights on his wrists and ankles. He grabbed Blank and put it on his back as he went to the training area, he felt different after Aliza healed him. Nothing was that heavy anymore, he rubbed his chin and considered giving the weights to Izuku as a birthday gift, maybe.

He walked over to the punching machine, he threw a punch with all his strength, the machine exploded and Cloud felt his eye twitch as he said "I guess I got stronger..." this wasn't an impossible task by any means, Izuku could break it as well but Cloud had to take at least several punches before. He shrugged and did his workout routine, he sighed, these weights were doing anything anymore, he needed heavier ones.

A while later

He finished his workout and showered, he wore a towel around his waist and walked back to his room, he opened the door and saw Mei in his bed. He tilted his head and said "How did you get in here?" Mei giggled and winked "It's a secret to everyone~" Cloud chuckled and tackled her after he closed the door, she laughed and kissed him, she straddled him and giggled saying "Miss me?" Cloud nodded and said "Only all the time!" Mei latched on to him and said "Then I'll just stay like this I guess."

Cloud hugged her and said "I guess it's the only option." as he shrugged, she giggled and said "How are you going to explain this?" Cloud sighed and said "We merged somehow.." she playfully slapped him and said "That's not gonna work!" Cloud laughed and rolled around saying "Are you going to secretly live in my room now?" Mei nodded and said "Like a ninja, no one will notice!"

Izuku walked in and said "Clo-" he froze and Cloud said "Yeah no one will notice.." Mei turned green and Izuku said "Huh? I thought this was Ochako's room, so weird.." as he left, Cloud burst out laughing, Mei sighed and said "Nobody else will!"

Aizawa walked in and said "Cloud y-" Mei held her face down on Cloud's chest as he laughed and said "Hey! What do you need?" Aizawa just walked away saying "It's a co-ed dorm I guess..." Cloud chuckled and Mei's face was completely red as she whispered "I'm never talking again..." Cloud pinched her cheeks saying "Aww but I love hearing your voice!"

Mei brightened up and kissed him saying "I love yoouuuuuu~" he smiled happily before saying "OH YEAH! My weights do nothing now.." Mei frowned and said "They don't?" Cloud shook his head and picked up the entire box with one hand, she frowned and mumbled "I guess you got stronger.." Cloud said "The weighted suit is in there too." Mei felt him up and said "I need to re-design your costume as well.. I'll make really heavy ones."

Cloud caressed her cheek and said softly "Don't over work yourself..." she leaned into his hand and said "I won't.." he kissed her gently and smiled as he said "I love you." she smiled and snuggled into him, he smiled and she remembered, she pulled out a rectangular box and said "This is what you wanted.." she grimaced and grumbled "Though I don't see why you would be interested in the invisible girl." her grip on the box tightened, he started to sweat as he said quickly "It's not for me!" she grinned and said "It better not be."

Cloud grabbed the box and got up, he threw the towel into the laundry basket, she grabbed his tool and said "If it is..." she squeezed and Cloud grunted and got harder, she said "Ah! Really?" he scratched his head with a blush spreading across his face, she giggled and locked the door before pushing him to the bed.

She stripped and sat on his face as she bent over and swallowed his tool, Cloud grabbed her ass and licked her, she moaned as he stuck his tongue inside and sucked on her clit, she came on his face and he drank her juices entirely while cumming himself, she swallowed it all before climbing over and sitting down on him and covering her mouth, silencing the moans that threatened to escape her lips. It was a sleepless night for the two.

Early in the morning Mei woke up and left secretly to take a shower and go to her class, Cloud kissed her good bye and walked to the shower, again. He walked inside and saw Katsuki, the showers were like a big room with shower heads, nobody really cared, they were all guys anyway and the girls showered at certain times with a teacher watching by the door.

Cloud said "Hey!" Katsuki grunted in response and said "Maybe be a little quieter next time. My room is the only one next to yours." as he grabbed a towel and walked away, Cloud chuckled and said "You think I didn't hear you?" Katsuki froze and sped up as he walked out of the bathroom.

Cloud laughed and cleaned himself before leaving the shower as everyone started to wake up. He went to his room and put on shorts as he grabbed the box and walked back out, he brought the rest of the guys together and said "I need you guys to pin Katsuki down and open his eyes. I got him something." they were confused but nodded anyway.

They tackled Katsuki to the ground, who fought back and said "What the fuck is the big idea?!" Cloud sat on his stomach and said "Open his eyes!" as he pulled out contacts from the box, they opened his eyes and Cloud put the contacts on him as he struggled, they all laughed evilly as Katsuki failed to stop them. They got off him when Cloud was done and Katsuki stood up saying "What did you do to me?!"

Cloud yelled "Toru!" a floating t-shirt walked out of her room shakily saying "Yeah?" Katsuki's nose shot out blood and said "Wear pants next time..." as he passed out on the floor. Toru's 'eyes' widened as she gasped and ran over, she sat on Katsuki and said "You can see me?!"

Katsuki opened his eyes and nodded, she cheered and kissed him. The rest tilted their heads and watched Katsuki kiss literally nothing, Cloud clapped and said "Another match making success!" as he walked away with his hands behind his head. Denki chased after him and said "What about me?!" Cloud snapped his fingers and said "I'm working on it... She doesn't really talk to me though."

Kyoka passed by saying "You'll never get anything out of me." Cloud said "With time..." as he clenched his fist and looked up, Denki said "What if you don't?" Cloud said seriously "Then we only have one option left.." Denki looked at him and he said "Kidnap and torture." Denki face planted and said "That's the second option..."

A while later

The students were standing outside in their P.E clothes. Cloud stepped in front of the class and said "Let's get this over with, mouse." Aizawa grimaced and Nezu nodded "Very well, if you don't pass, you're finished." Cloud waved and Nezu said "Start."

Aizawa said "It's the same testing from the beginning of the year. We'll start with the throw." Cloud picked up a ball and tossed it in the air, his demeanor changed as he grinned and shadows cast over his eyes. He flipped Blank to it's side and swung it with everything he had, the ball shot forward like a rocket and flew across the school and disappeared into the sky, smoke came out of Cloud's mouth as red lights replaced his eyes and he said in a deep menacing voice "What's next."

The class blinked and Aizawa said "Over 10k meters..." the class gasped and Cloud went through the rest of the testing until the end. All Might stepped up and transformed into his hero state as he said "I'll be punching you, try and block." and threw a punch. Cloud punched and met his fist, Cloud slid back across the school and slammed into the wall, he grinned and swung his arm around saying "That hurt a lot..."

All Might laughed and said "Wasn't my full strength but not too bad either!" Cloud walked back and Recovery Girl checked him all over saying "Still no quirk... What happened?" Cloud shrugged and said "I don't know." she frowned and took his blood before walking away grumbling "Stupid kid..." Cloud choked and Nezu nodded "You passed. For now.." as he left.

Aizawa said "Anyway, now that that's taken care of. We'll continue with your training from the camp." Katsuki covered his mouth "Pfft" Aizawa looked at him, confused and he turned his head and laughed silently. Aizawa forgot about it and assumed he hit his head or something. The students resumed their training for the Provisional Hero License Exam, Cloud trained with Aizawa and said "I feel different." Aizawa frowned and said "Bad?" Cloud shook his head and said "No, really good. Like lighter and more free.."

Aizawa shrugged and said "Must've been what Aliza did. You still don't have a quirk though, so you can't slack off. You might have gotten a bit stronger after what happened but everyone was also pushing themselves harder than you, if you don't keep up, you'll fall behind." Cloud nodded and trained his Binding Cloth style with Aizawa.

Days passed

Cloud was standing at Gym Gamma, where everyone was training their super moves. He grimaced, he didn't have any super moves, he just did whatever. He looked around wondering what to do, he rubbed his chin and left to go find Mei. Aizawa looked around and wondered where Cloud went, he noticed he wasn't here anymore and grinded his teeth "He really better not be..." as he left too.

Cloud walked into Mei's workshop and said "Love, can you make Blank heavier?" Mei pulled her head out of a robot and said "Sure!" as he walked over and kissed him, he smiled and put Blank on a rack as she looked it over and said "What's it made of?" Cloud shrugged as he looked at the robot, he turned it around and looked inside, there was enough room for a whole person, he whistled and said "Cool!" Mei smiled and said proudly "I'm making a battle suit! That's just a prototype!"

Cloud got in the suit and turned it on before moving around and punching the air saying "It works!" she waved and said "It's not fin-" the suit exploded and Cloud sat in the floor with a black face full of soot as she continued "Finished..." Cloud coughed out a black cloud and she said "Are you okay?" Cloud wiped his face and nodded saying "Sorry.." she smiled and said "Don't worry about it! It happens all the time!"

Cloud smiled and kissed her before still down and watching her work. She ran around and grabbed a bunch of materials before adding them to Blank, Cloud smiled and had his full attention on her,m he thought she was even more beautiful while she was working and focused, he didn't even notice Aizawa standing behind him.

Aizawa felt his eye twitch as he smacked Cloud in the head saying "What are you doing in here!" Cloud rubbed his head and grumbled "I came to get Blank heavier, also I don't have any special moves to work on.." Aizawa sighed and said "You can just work on your movements and sword techniques." Mei coincidentally already finished after adding weights and Cloud grabbed Blank, it fell to the ground and Cloud picked it up with both hands, slowly putting it back on his back as he walked away with heavy steps while waving good bye to Mei, she smiled and went back to work.

Cloud went back to the gym and started training his sword play on his own, it was extremely tiring with the added weights on Blank, he decided that he would keep them on and take them off if he wanted more speed.

At the end of the day

Cloud was sitting in Mei's workshop with Izuku and Ochako. Cloud was sleeping in a chair as Mei felt Izuku's body for measurements, she didn't really like touching other people now that she had Cloud but she had to because it was the easiest way to get their measurements. Izuku explained what he wanted to go with his new fighting style and Mei gave him a thumbs up saying it wasn't a problem at all. Ochako hugged Izuku's arm and talked about random things, slightly jealous that Mei felt him up, Mei shook her head and mumbled that she didn't want to touch him either.

A while later

Mei gave Izuku his new costume excitedly, he put it on and smiled widely saying that she was amazing and that it was exactly what he wanted. She waved and took the compliment, they were friends anyway, it wasn't a big deal, it was strange for her, she noticed that after she and Cloud started dating for real, she didn't get as excited when people other than him complimented her. She looked over and saw Cloud sleeping on a chair with drool hanging out of his mouth, she sighed and walked over saying "Watch out for the ninjas!"

Cloud shot put of the chair and hugged her, pulling her close as he mumbled half-awake "You'll never get my girlfriend, damn ninjas..." before falling to the ground with her in his arms and sleeping again, she giggled and smiled warmly as she snuggled into his arms and fell asleep herself.

A while later

Power Loader walked in to close up when he saw Cloud and Mei sleeping on the ground, he sighed and dragged them out of the workshop before locking up and leaving mumbling "I wish I had a girlfriend..." Cloud hugged Mei tighter and she curled up in his arms as a smile spread across her face.

Aizawa walked by and saw them sleeping, he seethed and looked outside, it was already dark, they should be in the dorm. He woke up Cloud and said "Dorms. Now." Cloud half-opened his eyes and mumbled something before picking up Mei and walking to the dorms. He walked inside and mumbled a hello to the others as he yawned and passed by before going into his room, leaving the door wide open as the rest just watched.

Cloud took Blank of and slid into the covers with Mei and continued sleeping, Shoto said "He was sleepwalking the whole time!?" Denki ran over to Kyoka saying "Let's cuddle!" she stomped in his face and said "In your dreams!" Denki fell to the ground and said "It already happens there..." she blushed and stomped away, Fumikage shook his head and sighed as he watched Denki chase after her like a puppy, he could've sworn he even heard a bark.

Izuku closed Cloud's door and said "We should all sleep too, the License Exam isn't going to be easy.." the rest nodded and Ochako held Izuku's hand and whispered in his ear, he turned red and said "Really?" she smiled and nodded before dragging him to her room, Katsuki scoffed and Toru coughed as she pinched him, he winced and looked at her saying "Really?" she nodded and whispered in his ear too, Katsuki grinned and picked her up before going into his own room. Thankfully he could actually see her now.

The next morning

Cloud woke up with Mei in his arms, he looked around and said "How the fuck did I get here?" Mei rubbed her eyes and yawned "I don't know but I'm hungry~" Cloud cuddled with her and said "I'm still tired~" as he fake yawned and snored, she giggled and kissed him saying "Wake up!" Cloud kissed her all over her face as she laughed. They looked into each other's eyes and Mei said softly "I'm so happy I met you.." Cloud caressed her cheek as he said "Me too." he kissed her forehead and walked out of the room saying "I'm gonna take a shower." she smiled as he left.

Cloud walked out of the room with a towel and coincidentally Katsuki and Izuku walked out of the rooms they slept in as well. Katsuki and Cloud grinned and Izuku blushed as he said "We just cuddled.." the duo laughed and they went to the shower.

Mei stretched and walked out of the room after him, Toru and Ochako walked out and blushed before running away to the shower as Mei giggled.

A while later

Cloud was training in the gym with Blank when 1-B showed up, Aizawa said "10 minutes." Vlad King, the class 1-B teacher nodded and Neito sneered "You'll all fail anyway, what difference does 10 minutes make?" Cloud purposefully destroyed an entire rock formation with Blank as he said loudly "Hm, that was only 10% of my power.. I wonder what would happen if I hit an idiot with it?" 1-A students chuckled and Neito grit his teeth as the rest of his class glared at Cloud.

10 minutes passed and 1-A left

Cloud passed by 1-B and said "Hopefully, you all decided to quit. Doormats can't be heroes." they clenched their fists and Vlad King looked at his students interestingly, he wondered what they would say, he hoped someone would speak up, he knew Cloud was pushing them to fight back and it was a real problem in his class. He wanted them to have a backbone and not get walked on, there was barely a competitive atmosphere around them.

Neito seethed "Who are you calling a doormat you quirkless freak!" Cloud chuckled and said "The rest of your wet-cloth class, idiot." A brown haired girl said "Y-y-you shouldn't say things like that.." Cloud stopped and got up in her face saying "Yeah? Who are you to tell me what to do?" she stuttered "K-K-Kinoko.." Cloud sneered and said "Grow a backbone or go home and grow mushrooms in your backyard." she said "I already do.."

A boy with black skin said "Leave her alone!" as he attacked Cloud, who blocked his attack and said "Oh! A wet cloth can fight back?" the rest of 1-B attacked him and Cloud blocked and dodged them all as he grunted and swung Blank, sending a gust of wind towards them, blowing them away.

He stabbed Blank into the ground as he grinned like a psychopath and said "Come on worms! First to step up ends up in a wheelchair..." he cackled evilly as pressure exerted itself from his body "Or worse." 1-B students shivered and stepped back in fear, Cloud grew in their eyes, turning into an insurmountable mountain, Cloud stepped forward and said "What scared? Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you.." he grinned demonically "I'm just gonna bash your brains in!" as he cackled, causing them to pale and fall back.

Vlad King sighed, he appreciated the effort but it looked like they were hopeless, he was about to stop Cloud when Kinoko shivered and stood up, she spread out her hands and shouted "Go away!" as mushrooms spread out of her hands and surrounded Cloud. Vlad King was surprised to see Kinoko of all people stand up, Itsuka enlarged her hands and punched at Cloud, who jumped out of the way while slapping Itsuka's hand back, sending her rolling on the ground and said "Maybe next time wet cloths~ Hopefully you wont disappoint me.." he cackled and licked his lips with a crazed grin as he disappeared, his mocking laughter echoing in the air.

The students went over to Itsuka with their teeth and fists clenched, Neito was grinding his teeth in frustration. The black skinned boy walked over to, a still trembling Kinoko and said "Are you okay Kinoko?" she smiled and said "Yeah.. T-Thanks for s-standing up for me Shihai.." Shihai scratched his head and said "Yeah n-no problem.."

Vlad King was glad at least some of them fought back and said "You like being called wet cloths?" the students were silently clenching their fists and Neito snapped "That quirkless bastard! I swear i'll pummel him to the ground!" Vlad King said "He was right." the class looked at him and he continued "If you couldn't stand up to him, how are you supposed to stand up to villains? You all know All for One?"

Itsuka said "The famous super villain that the Pros arrested a while ago? He's like the most dangerous villain." the rest of the class nodded and Vlad King said "That kid, fought All for One while buying time for the rest to escape. If the Pros didn't get there in time he would've died even then he was barely alive. Do you want to know what he said when we got there?"

The class was silent and Vlad King said "He smiled, knowing he would probably die and asked if he made a difference for the Pros to have an easier time. Think about that while your training." as he walked away, leaving the entire class shocked.

Cloud sighed and mumbled "Pretending to be a villain is exhausting.." Aizawa appeared beside him and said "You didn't look too uncomfortable, want to share your feelings?" Cloud chuckled and said "Would you listen?" Aizawa smirked and said "Nope." Cloud laughed and they walked back to the dorms.

The days passed and it was the day of the Provisional Hero License Exams

Cloud and the rest arrived at Takoba National Stadium, the exam site. They were walking in a group when a boy said "Hey!" Mina mumbled "That was rude.." the boy smashed his skull into the ground and said "Sorry!" the class choked on their saliva and he picked his head up, that was now bleeding, and said "I'm Inasa! Nice to meet you! I'm excited to compete with you all! Good luck! See you later!" before walking away.

Cloud clapped and said "He was fun!" Momo grimaced and said "And loud.." Aizawa said "He's strong, don't underestimate him." the class nodded and a woman walked up to Aizawa and said "Hey! It's been a long time.." as she smiled warmly, Aizawa groaned and said "Hey Emi.." the class gasped and Cloud looked at Aizawa and Emi before saying "No way!"

Aizawa turned green and Emi laughed saying "These are your students?" Cloud walked forward and bowed saying "Are you going to be my mom?" Emi choked on her saliva and the class burst into laughter, Aizawa kicked him across the exam site saying "Shut up! Damn brat!" Cloud laughed as he flew through the air and disappeared.

Emi watched him go and said "You have a kid..." Aizawa quickly said "He's adopted." then cursed himself for speaking fast as Emi hugged his arm and said "Aw! My dark bear has a heart! Of course I'll be his mother!" The class gasped again, Mina said "Dark bear?!" Izuku said "Mother?!" Momo said "The match maker extraordinaire strikes again!" Denki mumbled "I hope he strikes me soon..." before receiving a kick from Kyoka.

Emi laughed and Aizawa was seething as he said "Damn kid!" Emi kissed his cheek and ran off saying "I'll go look for my new son! See you later darky~" Aizawa growled, he was in a terrible mood now, he walked forward and said "I hope you all fail." they smiled wryly and followed after him as he mumbled "Match maker extraordinaire my ass.."

A while later

Cloud was standing in his new costume, Mei made a few modifications. His mask was relatively the same but it was black and the markings were white, his jet pack was the latest model she had made and the chest plate was made of a tougher material. His costume came with a cross-hair Kimono and he had black fingerless gloves with a heart instead of an 'M'. The hover shoes were even more compact and lined with a steel toe cover, he had tights lined with flexible flameproof material and shorts with pockets and a small pouch on his hip, filled with gadgets. He had a high-tech view inside his mask, showing him far away or normal view, there were switches on the side for him.

Cloud huddled together with the rest of his class as he said "Peg two people with balls and you're good, sounds like fun!" and put on the markers, the Announcer said "Null, you must leave your weapon out of the arena for safety purposes." Cloud grimaced and said "It's a part of my costume." the announcer said "We decided that it was dangerous to use due to the weight, please remove it."

Everyone looked at him and he grumbled as he unwrapped the cloth, dropping Blank to the ground. Blank hit the ground and shook the whole stadium, the others were alarmed and Cloud picked it up with one hand, he threw it out of the stage into the stands and it stuck itself into the empty seat next to Aizawa, who didn't even flinch, knowing Cloud's personality.

Cloud chuckled and grabbed the markers, he smirked and put two markers on his back and one on his chest. The rest gasped at the sequence of events, Inasa grinned madly saying "He's a mad man! I like it!" the rest of Class 1-A sighed and said "Why do you always have to put on a show?" Cloud said "I like scaring them, I figured it out when I scared 1-B.." Momo rubbed her forehead and said "You're crazy.." Cloud snickered and said "I know."

The announcer said "Start!" 1-A huddled together as waves and waves of people surrounded them and threw balls. Cloud shot out his binding cloth and caught the balls as the others did the same, Cloud grabbed the balls and threw them like bullets at the people around him, eliminating dozens of people that surrounded the group while saying "It's like dodge ball!" as he laughed and shot off extremely fast.

Cloud used the bonding rope and shot around the stadium looking for someone, while dodging balls and double tagging people who got close to his classmates so that they could get an easy pass as he flew around, he saw who he was looking for and immediately whipped 2 balls at him as he shot towards him.

Inasa dodged the balls and threw some at Cloud, who spun in the air and dodged the balls before landing in front of Inasa saying "You already passed?" Inasa laughed and said "Yes!" Cloud grinned and said "Wanna spar a little?" Inasa grinned and punched at him, Cloud ducked and kicked as Inasa blocked the kick and threw another punch forward.

The duo started sparring while dodging balls that flew their way. Aizawa sighed and Emi laughed and said "They both already passed!" as she kept laughing, Aizawa grumbled "He just wants to fight because I said he was strong.. I need to stop warning them.." Emi laughed even harder as she slowly inched closer to Aizawa before quieting down and leaning her head on his shoulder, he grimaced but didn't move.

Inasa shot into the air and shot winds at Cloud, who grinned and flew into the air along with him before kicking at him. Inasa surrounded his leg with wind as he kicked and their legs collided, spreading a shockwave around them. They separated and hovered in the air staring at each other, the announcer said exasperatingly "For the 13th time Gale Force and Null, please leave the battle area and stop fighting."

Cloud and Inasa ignored him and stared at each other, Cloud said "Let's continue outside." Inasa was un-characteristically serious and the two left the arena.

They got into the waiting room and charged at each other, engaging in close combat, the rest of the passing examinees ran out of the way and glued themselves to the walls. Cloud shot out his binding cloth and tied up Inasa's leg before pulling forward, he shot towards him and kicked at his side, Inasa spun in the air with his quirk and sent a kick at Cloud, who spun, dodging the kick and punching at Inasa's chest.

Inasa caught his fist with his giant glove and threw a punch at Cloud, who caught his fist as well before kicking at Inasa's leg. Inasa held up his knee and blocked the kick before separating with him, they stood apart from each other and charged forward only to get tied up with Aizawa's cloth.

Aizawa said "Enough, I'm tired." Cloud chuckled and Aizawa let them go, Cloud walked over to Inasa and took off his mask while holding out his hand and saying "Cloud. Great fight!" Inasa laughed and shook his hand saying "You too!" they talked for a little bit and the final 100 examinees flooded into the room.

All of Cloud's class passed and grouped together, cheering, Tenya remarked that they were done with the Exam yet and that it hasn't even started. Cloud grinned and looked up as the announcer congratulated all the passing 100 and explained the next round: A rescue test.
