The Fading Flame

Looking at this scene in front of her Kaguya didn't know what to say. It looked like something straight out of a shounen anime that her uncle Haru watches...

After the shounen moment, All Might and Midoriya went their separate ways with Midoriya practically radiating happiness and All Might lightly smiling to himself. Kaguya on the other hand is waiting for the perfect opportunity to talk to All Might. She rather not confront All Might in front of Midoriya cause if she shows an ability outside of what she told everyone. Midoriya is going to barrage her with questions she doesn't and won't answer.

So after the two were some distance away Kaguya decided it's time to confront the number 1 hero about his situation.

(All Might Pov)

Heh... That kid... He going to make a great hero one day. I just hope made the right decision on picking him even if I'm going to hear I made the wrong choice from my old friend.

Walking home I couldn't shake the feeling I'm being watched. It's a gut feeling that has never been wrong before. Is it a villain? Couldn't because they would try to take advantage of my weak state and eliminate me.

Just as I was about to transform the feeling disappeared as if it wasn't there in the first place. Wait...

(3rd Pov)

All Might instantly transform into his muscle form. He quickly turns around and dashes backward. He gets a good look at the person who just instantly appeared behind him. He is shocked to see a white haired girl who can look no older than 14. All Might look into her eyes which could almost be mistaken for all white if you don't get a good look at them.

'I recognize her... Kaguya Otsutsuki?' thought All Might.

"Hello, All Might... Beautiful Sunset is it not?"

"..."

All Might didn't know what to say in this situation. To him, Kaguya didn't appear hostile, but the way she can casually appear behind the number 1 hero with little to no effort would cause anyone to worry.

"Have you told anyone about this?" All Might asked Kaguya.

"Your transformation? No..." replied Kaguya

"I see... What do you want?" said All Might with a serious tone.

All Might isn't dumb. He didn't even notice that Kaguya was even watching him. He doesn't know how long she has known but she could have told people his secret but she said she didn't. She could be lying as well but just as easily she got to him. She could also easily get away with no trouble. So why go expose yourself like this thought All Might.

"Want I want is very simple..." said Kaguya.

"And what would that be?" responded All Might.

"For you to have a longer career as the number 1 hero" Said she started walking towards All Might

All Might visibly tense a little at Kaguya approach him. He is not scared just doesn't know how to approach this situation. He is also wondering what did Kaguya mean by 'For you to have a longer career as the number 1 hero'.

"Relax I hold no ill intention. This will benefit both of us but mostly you" Kaguya told All Might.

Kaguya lifted All Might's shirt on his right side to see his wound more closely.

'This is manageable... I can easily heal this wound up' thought Kaguya.

"I'm going to heal your injury"

To say All Might was surprised is an understatement. He just couldn't wrap his head around how this girl said she can heal him.

"That impossible... Even the top doctors in the world couldn't fix this. Plus your quirk isn't a healing type quirk" said All Might not believing Kaguya.

" One those top doctors are not me, two your right I don't have a healing quirk, what I have is so much more, and three underestimating me is the same as refusing to breathe oxygen..." explained Kaguya.

"What are you even getting out of this?" asked All Might

"More time to spend with my loved ones with no worry" Kaguya told All Might with no hesitation.

"That's it?" said All Might thinking how selfish her statement is.

"Well, I'm also do-"

*THROB*

Kaguya got cut off by intense pain in her head. It hurts so much she had to clutch it.

"DOING THIS TO SAVE HUMANITY FROM ITSELF..." Kaguya muttered under her breath in extreme pain.

"Young Otsutsuki are you alright!" said All Might.

All Might started looking around to see if there is a villain around that's causing Kaguya pain but he couldn't find one. He was about to search the area when he felt a hand grab his shirt.

"I'm... fine... there is no villain attack..." said Kaguya getting over that extreme sudden headache.

"What happened?" said All Might worried for Kaguya.

Kaguya regained her bearings and chakra with healing properties to soothe the headache making it disappear like it wasn't there in the first place.

"I'm fine, it's just a headache I get from time to time" explained Kaguya.

"Headaches don't have you clutching your head in agonizing pain like that" said All Might.

"I'm fine" Kaguya simply replied.

"..."

All Might knew something was up with Kaguya but he isn't going to force. Not like he could anyway. He then reverted to being skinny

Kaguya gestured All Might to follow her. Now you see a beautiful 14 year old girl and a skinny blonde man beside her. Normally this would ring an alarm in people's heads but it's night time so there is no one around except night prowlers (people who strangely only come out at night) and some villains. They went to a secluded empty building that Kaguya found that doesn't have anyone nearby.

"So how is this going to work cause every single second I stay here I feel more like a creep" said All Might.

"Just lift up your shirt up"

All Might lifted his shirt showing his stitched up wound that a normal person would never survive. Normally a 14 year old girl would be grossed out but when Kaguya learned medical ninjutsu she saw wounds way worse than this one. In Kaguya's mind, this is a flesh wound.

Kaguya put her hand over the wound then started the [Cell Activation Jutsu]. It's the same as Tsunade's technique only that Kaguya's augmented version is stronger due to this earth's medical knowledge is better than naruto. Due to the Jutsu's strength is higher it takes less time to heal but Kaguya can't have it on for long or it might turn cancerous for the person she is healing. If it gets to that point all that awaits said person is death.

All Might immediately felt the effects. He feels better than he has ever felt in years. He feels his strength returning to him but then he started feeling conflicted. He has resolved himself that his career as a hero is going to be over soon but with him being healed he can stay for much longer. Then he has decided that Midoriya will inherit [One For All]. When All Might told the quirkless boy that he can inherit his quirk and he got what it took to be a hero. The tears of joy that he wept that he got an opportunity that he only dreamed of. It didn't sit right with All Might to take that away from Midoriya. If he did that, it would destroy the poor boy.

'What am I being so conflicted about... I already resolved myself that one day soon my days being a hero would be over... But before- NO EVEN AFTER THAT DAY COMES... I'LL BE THE FADING FLAME THAT LIGHTS THE WAY TO THE FUTURE!!!' thought All Might

(30 minutes later)

A black portal opened in Kaguya's bedroom. Kaguya stepped out of the portal. She noticed her shadow clone looked at her then looked away blushing. This confused Kaguya cause she rarely ever blushes. Dismissing the shadow clone memories flooded her brain then she saw what she did.

"I didn't know I could be so bold.." Kaguya said as she almost became a blushing mess bet kept herself composed.

She then reviewed everything else then got to wondering what made her father become a villain. Also, she is wondering about what her aunt Yuki is hiding about their family. She went to her aunt's and uncle's room. She crept the door open peeking at them to see her Uncle Haru holding a tired Yuki in his arms. Both are asleep but Yuki looked so vulnerable. Even more so than when her clone first came back.

'They must have discussed something concerning our family. I remember Aunt Yuki being distressed but she got even more so when she was talking about "they". Plus my father mentioned my family outside my cousins in Tokyo. There is so much that happened in the past that I don't know...' thought Kaguya.

Kaguya wants to know now but she knows that these types of things can't be rushed. She could just wait a bit and ask her father but then she feels like she would betray her aunt Yuki.

*Vibrate*

*Unravel plays*

(A/N: sorry for breaking immersion but I forgot to mention the anime Tokyo Ghoul exist in MHA for this fanfic and Kaguya is a fan)

" It's sensei"

Answering the phone Kaguya's sensei spoke.

"Hello, Kaguya?"

"Yes, Sensei?" replied Kaguya.

"Good evening. I called to ask you are you free this summer before you start high school?" Takahashi asked.

"I'm free the entire summer. Also Sensei I have decided to join U.A." said Kaguya.

"That's great. Both are great! Knowing you, you'll get into U.A. with flying colors and that's without using your quirk" said Takashi.

"Where would it be held?" asked Kaguya.

"The mountain town of Runā"
