---Six Months After Izuku Received One for All---

"Go! Go! Go!" All Might, in his skinny form was cheering at the four teens who are climbing the mountains while pushing a truck he was riding in.

Oh, and the four teens told All Might and David about what happened to the island, and they promised to keep it quiet because it might prove to be dangerous if someone found out about it.

Right now, aside from the four teens, only All Might and David knew about the island. Though, they still haven't done anything to it and just left it be for now.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! You're not moving at all!" All Might yelled, "Use your waist! Your legs! Heck use your entire body! Not just your arms! If we can't reach the top before night you can't have dinner!"

"Grrr!" Katsuki gritted his teeth, feeling the air leaving his lungs due to exhaustion, but he still persisted.

Izuku furrowed his brows, he wasn't struggling as much as his friends, but he was definitely having a hard time. All Might's training made what he experienced before look nothing more than warm up exercises.

He wondered if this is also how All Might was trained.

"Huff~! Huff~!" Momo was sweating buckets as she felt her entire body screaming at her to take a rest, but she remained determined and shakily moved her legs.

She was going to be a hero. And at that time, she'll experience more suffering and hardships, but she won't give up!

Melissa was the one who was struggling the most at the four. She wasn't really physically fit before, and only started training her body after she got her Quirk.

Don't get her wrong, she wasn't planning on abandoning her dream of becoming the best Support Engineer there is and help people with her inventions, but she at least wanted to be at the peak of physical abilities.

She'll grit her teeth and push forward! She doesn't want to be left behind by her friends!

"Move your asses you zygotes! Move! Move! Move!" All Might yelled.

---Three Months before U.A Entrance Exams---

Boom! Boom! Explosions rang in a middle of the forest as Bakugo was fighting against Momo. All Might, Izuku, and Melissa were sitting on the side watching them.

"DIE!" Bakugo appeared behind Momo and swing a right hook with his Quirk, causing an explosion.

Before he could rejoice, a sharp blade shoot towards him. Eyes widening, he immediately uses his Quirk to quickly dodge and create some distance.

Bakugo wiped his sweat as he stared at Momo, whose body was now covered in metallic scales.

Momo smiled as the scales disappeared as if absorbed by her skin.

"What the fuck was that?" Bakugo furrowed his brows.

The creation girl shrugs, "There are benefits on having a hero nerd and otaku for a friend."

Indeed, after looking at the hero analysis notebook kept by Izuku, she found many more ways on using her quirk. Such as the one she used earlier.

She called it "Creation—Iron Scales", where she created countless iron scales, but instead of projecting them out of her body like her normal creations, she kept it on her skin.

Of course she can also change the iron into something like platinum, titanium or even diamond, but those took too much of her lipids and she can't create enough to cover her body.

"Also this..." Momo swung her arms and three claws similar to a certain mutant in a certain comics sprout out of her hands.

Bakugo's eyes widened, "Oi, Oi, you're joking right? Don't tell me you also have some sort immortality or some shit like that?"

Momo shrugs, "Who knows." With that, she rushed towards the blonde bomber.

Izuku and Melissa was watching the combat in interest while eating some popcorn.

As for All Might, he couldn't help but smile at how far his students have come.

'...There is no need to worry about the future. These younglings will surely blossom to be even more amazing hero than me!'

---Two Months before U.A Entrance Exams---

"Alright, in this exercise I am a villain you have to defeat! You three! Come at me!" All Might grinned and motioned at Izuku, Bakugo, and Momo in front of him.

Melissa was at the side, sitting on top of a large boulder eating some ice cream while typing something on her laptop.

Izuku smiled and quickly activated One for All to 18% as red lines followed by green electricity danced around his body.

Momo summoned her Wolverine claws while Bakugo went to a fighting stance.

"DIIIEE!" Bakugo blasted himself towards All Might and sent a right hook, which the pro easily caught, shrugging off the explosion with a grin.

Momo followed after him, jumping up high by creating a blast of wind to boost her up and swung down her claws.

All Might didn't dare to block it and moved to dodge, only to meet a kick on the face from his successor.

Bakugo grinned and grabbed the hero's face, intending on blasting off his face. All Might, knowing he couldn't shrug this off, threw Bakugo to the side, powerful enough to cause a crack on the ground.

Momo smiled and threw a flashbang on All Might's face, temporarily blinding the pro.

Izuku immediately kneed his mentor on the chest, causing him to take a step back. However, before he could continue to attack, All Might threw a punch at his face.

The ninth quickly managed to dodged before flipping backwards to gain some distance.

All Might was about to continue attacking when Momo pressed her hands forward and created a wave of flames from her palm.

The pro just blocked with one palm, smiling, "Compared to Endeavor's, your flames are lukewarm."

"Then how about this!" Bakugo grinned and grabbed a boulder, raised it over his head and threw it at him.

All Might grabbed Momo and used her as a shield. Momo's eyes widened before quickly covering her body with Iron Scales.

Momo felt her inside rattling before All Might threw her to the side.

Izuku appeared before All Might and sent a horse kick at his face before sending a jab on the chest. His body flickered in green light as he roared, he sent a lead jab, followed by an uppercut elbow, hook punch, spinning elbow, overhands as well as hammer fists and back fists.

He finished his attack with an elbow slash on the eyebrow, causing All Might to bleed.

Izuku immediately flipped backwards to gain some distance and to catch his breath. He went beyond his current limit earlier just so All Might won't have any chance of counterattacking or blocking, his arms were already sore.

All Might smiled and closed his left eye which was covered in blood from his eyebrow, "Ah, I always saw you using Capoeira that I forgot you are an expert in other martial arts as well young Midoriya! Muay Thai huh? That was really dangerous."

Bakugo and Momo quickly went beside him and went to a fighting stance.

Ignoring the soreness on his arms, Izuku also went to a fighting stance and smiled.

All Might laughed, "Hahaha!" He glared at the three teens, "Well then heroes, I guess I'll be a little serious now. Try not to die."

The three grinned, "Come!"

---A Month before U.A Entrance Exams---

Izuku was standing on Tokabah Beach while staring at his right hand. A few days ago, he used 100% on his right arm just to feel that rush of power back in I-Island, but for some reason, his punch was way weaker.

"What seems to be troubling you young Midoriya?"

Izuku turned his head and saw his mentor in his skinny form walking towards him, "All Might."

All Might waved his hand, "Call me Toshinori, or Yagi, while I'm on this form."

"Yagi-sensei," Izuku gave a nod, "I'm just thinking that, for some reason, my punches at one hundred percent are weaker than yours. It's even weaker compared to that one I threw back in I-Island"

Toshinori hummed and said, "That was probably your subconscious holding yourself back, that even though you thought your using one hundred percent, it probably wasn't even close."

Izuku frowned, 'Was my subconscious mind really holding myself from using One for All at hundred percent?'

"Also..." Izuku turned towards his mentor as he continued, "There might be another reason why."

"What is it?"

Toshinor looked around before transforming into his All Might form and held his palm forward, "Try focusing One for All on your arm and punch my palm."

"Hundred percent?"

"No need, just use how much you can handle."

Izuku nodded and covered his right arm with 20% One for All, there are no green electricity, but his arms did glow as red lines appeared and covered it.

He cocked his fist before punching forward, aiming at All Might's palm.

Boom!

A small gust of wind was generated when the two made contact. Izuku frowned, 'That was definitely much weaker. It's only as strong as ten percent! What the heck!?'

All Might nodded, "Now, try to use it like how you normally use and punch my palm again."

Izuku furrowed his brows but nodded and activated One for All on his whole body. With a shout, a powerful gust of wind was generated as the sand below him was blown away.

'One for All: 20%!'

Without any warning, Izuku pulled back his fist, preparing a punch. All Might readied himself, knowing that this was going to sting.

The ninth launched a punch, and his eyes widened when a miniature tornado appeared for a brief moment when his fist made contact with All Might's palm.

"What the..."

All Might smiled, "Noticed the difference young Midoriya? When you punch, you're not only using your arms, but your foot, to your legs, waist, then upper body...you are using your whole body when throwing a punch! That was why when you used one hundred percent only in your arm, it would definitely be weaker than using it in your whole body."

Izuku blinked, before smacking his head, "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!"

All Might look at his successor in slight worry.

"How could I forget!?" Izuku screamed, "THAT WAS THE FUCKING BASICS!? HOW COULD I FORGET IT!?"

'Fuck! It seems like having a Quirk made me complacent and I forgot the basics!'

"ALRIGHT! FOR THE WHOLE MONTH UNTIL THE ENTRANCE EXAMS! I WILL GO BACK TO BASICS AND WON'T USE MY QUIRK! THIS I SWEAR!" Izuku screamed to the sea.

All Might smiled behind him, satisfied with the way his successor took his mistake and learned from it.

'Now that you have realized your mistake, and have learned from it, your path to success has been shortened. I can't wait to see you achieve your dream, young Midoriya.'
