It's pretty much about shaping Izuku's and other character's personalities. It's also a relationship development arc. Second Volume will be much more darker with people dying and there would be mature content with 18+ scenes as well. -------------------------------------------------- Cover was drawn by myself. Obviously, I don't own BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA NOR IT'S CHARACTERS... Well I added some of my own characters to the list. Chapter releases will most of the time be 1 per day when I don't have any work. An Annoying Pest RE:W

Katsuro silently glared upon the new girl. For a second, both of their gazes met and Itsuka was confused with the hostility Katsuro generated.

She lightly tapped Izuku on the shoulder and whispered,

"Everyone is so welcoming here, but that girl in the back looks like she doesn't like me for some reason. She is even glaring at me."

Izuku looked the way her hand pointed, just to see a mad Katsuro glaring daggers into them. "A-Ah... Don't take it to heart Kendo-san. Kacchan is like that to everyone." Izuku replied.

"Kacchan?"

"She is my best and currently, the only friend I've ever had, so I really value her a lot. She is usually cursing and screaming at everyone, but she is a good person." Izuku replied.

"Then, I will be your second friend!" Kendo smiled sweetly.

Izuku lightly blushed and said, "S-Sure.."

"Okay, class. Let's begin our first lesson. Kendo, go sit behind Midoriya and Bakugo." said Kusuo.

Izuku and Itsuka went to their seats. As Izuku sat down, he couldn't help but glance at his childhood friend from the corner of his eye.

Katsuro grabbed his arm and tightly squeezed it.

"Ouch. Kacchan... Stop!"

"You've got some nerve... Deku...."

"Hm? What do you mean by that?"

Katsuro didn't reply and she continued squeezing his arm.

"Kacchan that hurts. Please stop."

Izuku was bewildered at what was happening.

She was literally ignoring him this morning, but now, she was actually breaking his arm.

"Who the hell is that girl and where the fuck were you two??" Katsuro whispered.

"I don't know, I've met her this morning and she said that I should go with her to the teacher's office. Later on, I've received a notice, that I will become the class president." Izuku replied.

Her grip on his arm loosened and he could finally feel some blood pumping into his left arm.

"I see. Well, I assume that you won't speak to her ever again then?"

"What do you mean by that? She is a cheerful girl and we quickly got along." Izuku replied in confusion and continued, "Although she is hyperactive, it's a good thing!"

"Hah. Deku... I don't think you realize what making a friend is like. You make a friend and then, they will betray you." Katsuro looked at him with emotionless eyes.

"What do you mean by that? Just look at us! I don't plan on betraying you!" Izuku replied a bit forcefully.

"Exactly! Because you are you! The Deku! We are best friends since childhood. It would be weird if we separated, right? Right?"

The tone of her voice got more sinister and for some reason, Izuku felt that if he answered wrong, he would die.

"Look Kacchan, I know what you mean, but you can't just go around isolating yourself from the world. One day, we will have tons of friends, at least, that's what I believe in!" Izuku cheerfully replied.

Katsuro looked at him for a moment before falling silent.

The bell rang, and the first class officially started.

Kusuo asked some questions related to his subject, but the only person that responded to him was Izuku. It's not like people didn't want to respond to their new teacher, but they were unable to.

The questions he asked were so hard, that the only one who raised his hand was Izuku and sometimes, Katsuro.

Kids in the class were getting angrier by every second.

'How can this quirkless trash be better than us?'

But, no one doubted his ability anymore. That was exactly what Kusuo wanted.

He wanted Midoriya to show them what he is made off. They shouldn't take him lightly anymore. They should respect him.

Katsuro didn't talk to Izuku again and the class ended peacefully.

It was break time and Itsuka's table was surrounded by people.

"What is your favorite hobby?"

"What is your favorite sport?"

"What quirk do you have?"

All kinds of questions were thrown at her and she responded to all of them without a problem. After she was done, she spotted that Izuku was about to leave so she excused herself,

"I am sorry everyone, but I want to talk to Izuku as well. Now, if you excuse me."

Itsuka left her seat and walked up to Izuku, leaving her classmates dumbfounded.

'Did she just use his first name? What a bitch!!"

Katsuro glared at her in anger, she didn't expect that she would call him by his first name.

Even she doesn't do that, because she can't bring herself to do it. It's too embarrassing for her to say it out loud, but this girl did it without any problems. Is this the power of an extrovert?

"Hi Izuku, Ah. This must be your childhood friend Kacchan, right?" she cheerfully asked.

Katsuro's hostility hit the roof the moment she spoke her nickname.

'How does she know about it? Just how much did he tell her?! How close are they!?'

She looked at Itsuka, full of disgust and said,

"Tch. Don't look at me you extra! I don't plan on making friends. I am going to be the strongest! I don't need more friends! Also, since you are the vice-president, I expect you to help Deku." she clicked her tongue and turned away.

This answer left Itsuka surprised since she believed that people didn't talk to her because she was friends with Izuku, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

"Deku? What's that?" Itsuka asked.

Izuku embarrassingly scratched his head and replied, "Oh, actually... That's my nickname. She likes to give people nicknames. Don't take it to heart."

"Okay, so, what does it mean?"

"It means worthless and bad at everything. Now, I know it's not a nice nickname, but I started to like it a while ago and I don't have any problems with it anymore."

"Hm... Is that so... Well... A defamatory nickname. Coming from your only friend. Are you sure she isn't just straight up bullying you?"

"No no! It's not like that!" Izuku wanted to explain but Katsuro stepped in, "Say that again and I swear that I will melt your face." her palms slowly lit up, indicating that she was about to use her quirk.

'I guess I was wrong. She is just an unfriendly person in general. I can't deal with those. I don't know how to talk to them without angering them and I hate it when I anger someone. But, I won't give up, I need to find a way to break the ice between us!' Itsuka thought.

She came closer to Katsuro and hugged her in a friendly way.

"Nice to meet you!"

"Don't touch me! Gingerbread!" Katsuro screamed. While she said that she will blow Itsuka away, she couldn't do it. She might get suspended or worse, banned from hero academies. That would be the end of her dream.

"Don't be so mean! I just want to know you better!"

"Leave me alone, I don't want your sympathy. I don't need friends!"

She aimed her hands, waved them in front of Itsuka's face and acted like she was threatening her so that she would leave her alone, but Kusuo saw it and stepped in,

"Now now, student Bakugo. You are not authorized to use your quirk on the school grounds without permission. I hope this won't happen again."

Kusuo gave her a cold smile and walked off.

"Tch. How did he get here so fast? Didn't he leave 5 minutes ago?"

Katsuro was angry at him, but there was nothing she could do about it. He was her teacher after all.
