Chapter 51

It was quite a gathering.

All Might, Nedzu, Endeavour, Hawks, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Mirko, Kamui Woods, Wash, Crust, Ryukyu, Gang Orca, Eraserhead, Gran Torino, Nighteye and all their sidekicks were present.

Then there was little old me, shaking in my boots, awed at all the heroes. It really did not help that Mirko was there. I had done a lot... a 'lot' of stuff in my room with her in mind. Oh how I wanted her to choke me with her legs... Uhm.. Anyway..

I cursed my teenage mind. It was a serious situation!

"Midoriya, everyone is here. Now say whatever you've found out."

I nodded and said, "Ever since 'All for One' was captured, I've been wondering who was creating all the Nomus for Shigaraki. It couldn't be the man himself as he's not... sane or smart enough. So, I figured it would have to be a scientist, a geneticist or a bioengineer. A specialist who had done extensive research on quirks. A senior quirk specialist. I did some research on the internet and found one quirk specialist with absolutely perfect record. I immediately got suspicious and sent the file to Sir Nighteye so that he can look into it. His name is Garaki Kyudai."

"So, you think he has been working for Shigaraki? Do you have any proof?"

I shook my head and said replied, "It was just a suspicion. Until now."

Everyone leaned forward as I said, "I've found where Shigaraki has been hiding. I was training my sensing skill, trying to increase the range and found him under a hospital. It's Jaku General Hospital, in Jaku City. Guess who founded it? It's Garaki! He's also the head of the hospital!"

That caused a lot eyes to widen and brows to rise upto the hairlines.

The heroes then began to discuss plans to raid the hospital and arrest Garaki and Shigaraki. Nighteye immediately banged his hand on the table and said, "We cannot launch an all out raid on that hospital!"

"Why is that?!"

He adjusted his spectacles and replied, "Jaku city is the base of operations for the infamous 'Meta Liberation Army'."

That caused an uproar among the heroes.

"It's still active and is led by a man who calls himself 'Re-Destro', after the alias of their founder, Destro. My sources say that he is Destro's son. If we launch a raid on the hospital, we are bound to face a lot of resistance from them as the League of Villains has allied themselves with the army. There will be a lot of casualties among both heroes and villains."

Suddenly, I inerrupted everyone and delared, "I'll do it!"

As everyone's gaze snapped towards me, I nodded and continued saying, "I'll go and grab Garaki from the hole he is hiding in, alone."

Endeavour banged his fist on the table and yelled, "You're still a student!"

"I've proven myself! I rescued Eri from Shie Hassaikai without them finding out, right from within the depths of their base! I fought Chisaki and defeated him without getting hurt, at all! I can do it! I can track Garaki's whereabouts and get him when the risk of my exposure is at its lowest."

Aizawa looked at me with the intensity of a wolf and said, "Midoriya, this is a lot of responsibility for us to put on your shoulders. You are still a student, that too a first year. Despite of how capable you are, we cannot put this much burden on you."

He was right and I understood why he was saying that. But, I was adamant.

"Sensei, please, let me do this."

"Young Midoriya is right!" All Might's voice pierced through the noise.

"Age, gender or size does not matter. It's the capability of the person that counts! Young Midoriya has proven, time and again, that he is very reliable despite of being a student. At USJ, Hosu, the summer camp, Kamino Ward, the raid against Shie Hassaikai, the confrontation against the League after that and now. I have my faith in him. Trust my word for it, he can do it."

All Might's confidence in me was enough to convince the rest.

It was decided. I was going to geezernap Garaki.

The preparations were done.

A group of carefully selected heroes were gathered at U.A. as backup if there was any retaliation from my attempt. Along with them was Tsukauchi Naomasa and his police squad, ready to make the arrest.

But, I was going to be alone on the mission. We couldn't risk exposing the plan to the villains so the police in Jaku city was kept in the dark.

When everything was ready, I closed my eyes and disappeared in a flash of green.

Meanwhile, in Jaku city, Garaki was on the rounds, checking if everything was alright. He couldn't wait to see the progress he had made with Shigaraki. The boy had surpassed his expectations. Garaki had thought that Shigaraki's dreams were childish, but, he had proven his conviction to the old man.

It was hard for him to see All for One's defeat and subsequent capture. Garaki had been a sincere friend to him and it was only because of All for One that Garaki allowed Shigaraki to use some of his Nomus.

It was going to be a while before Shigaraki's body was ready to handle the strain of the quirk 'All for One'. It was a slow process but surely, he was getting there.

As he walked towards the room where Shigaraki laid sedated, a sudden flash of green brightened up the passageway. The next thing he knew, something touched his head and within the next instant, he was surrounded by some of the best heroes of Japan.

'What the hell just happened?!'

"Well, that was easy." I said as I looked at the panicked old ballsack. For an evil genius, he was surely losing his shit way too quickly.

Naomasa then said to Garaki, "Garaki Kyudai, you are under arrest for professional misconduct, medical malpractice and crimes against humanity."

"Eek!"

I frowned when the old ballsack pressed a button on his watch.

The next thing I knew... was chaos.

Nomus appeared from absolutely nothing and an all out battle ensued.

'Fuck! Should've incapacitated him before bringing him here!' Was my thought as I blasted a Nomu away that was going for the doctor.

"There's no way I'm letting you get away, Garaki!"

"Khyaaaaaa!!!!"

If the situation wasn't so chaotic, I would have laughed at the man's reactions.

I didn't know what else he had up his sleeves so I did what I think was the best decision I'd ever made. I used 'Conqueror's will' and attacked Garaki with it.

He fell on his back like a bag of cement. A green sphere appeared around to prevent anyone from grabbing him and his escape was prevented.

'Now I can focus on the Nomus that are... able to talk?!'

Yeah, the Nomus were fucking sentient.

It meant that they had a will.

'And where there's a will, there's a way.'

I blasted the Nomus with the full force of 'Conqueror's will' and it disoriented them so much that all of them fell down, clutching their heads in pain.

The heroes then made quick work of them.

But, I was still vigilant.

I had my 'Will of observation' active just in case something unexpected occured.

That's exactly what happened.

A scenario that no one had thought of.

I immediately removed the sphere that encapsulated Garaki and shouted, "We need to get to Jaku City immediately!! It's a whole fucking army of villains rising to arms!!"

It was a fucking mess.
