third person pov: it was hero basic training class for y/n and her classmates, aizawa told the class they'll be participating in a rescue exercise. aizawa then instructs y/n and her classmates to suit up and then board the bus....

readers thoughts: after i was done getting ready, i then went to stand with todoroki.....
y/n: sorry i didn't sit with you at lunch today, i wanted to spend some time with my friends
todoroki: you don't have to apologies y/n, it's ok
y/n: (i hug him) thank you for understanding me todoroki
todoroki: .....
todoroki thoughts: i became stiff.. because she was hugging me, but the way she was hugging me, i liked it but i didn't hug back. i think she might have noticed that, then she said....
readers pov:
y/n: todoroki what's wrong why- (i then blush madly) , sorry (i slightly yell and quickly let go of him)
third person thoughts: then y/n hides her face in her hands in embarrassment
todoroki thoughts: i found it quite cute when y/n gets flustered easily (this caused me to smile for a second) i'll tell her it's ok, what happened between us...
todoroki: (i grab her chin to make her face; face me) y/n it's ok, i actually liked that hug
third person pov: that comment caused y/n's face to turn red as a tomato and todoroki chuckled at this and then he let go of her chin..... after that y/n and todoroki waited with the rest of the students till the bus arrived

todoroki: y/n it's only been five minutes
y/n: but still, i'm tired of standing
todoroki: then use your quirk.......
y/n: let's just get inside the bus (i grab his hand gently)
third person pov: todoroki and y/n sit next to each other including the other students entering, then the bus began to move. a few minutes later the students started having conversations about there quirks until they asked y/n about hers....
readers pov:
kaminari: what about y/n's quirk
y/n: hm
jirou: yeah tell us about yours
y/n: well my quirks glyph and it's powered by ice. i'm able to create platforms, control ice, control gravity, fire, water, heal, keep things in place, and speed.
kirishima: that's interesting i never heard of anyone having that type of quirk
y/n: yeah, it runs in my mother's family i'm sure about ..... my fathers (hesitantly answering)
momo: a quirk that runs in your family, that's interesting
third person pov: after y/n finished explaining her quirk tsuyu notes that izuku's quirks is like all mights
readers pov:
readers thoughts: todoroki and i are staying silent while listening to the others talk about izuku quirk being like all mights which i can agree with, i think todoroki got interested too...
tsuyu: isn't midoriya's (ribbit) quirk like all mights (ribbit)
kirishima: if midoriya's quirk were like all mights then he wouldn't be breaking his arms
kaminari: yeah
y/n: but, there could be a possibility that izuku can't control his quirk which leads to him breaking his arms severely. so tsuyu has a point
momo: hm... that's interesting y/n, he does have a problem controlling his quirk. i'll try to keep that in mind
kirishima: i wish i had a flashier quirk that people could look up to like all might
izuku: kirishima your quirks amazing, your powerful enough to make a great future hero
kirishima: but kim's, todoroki, and bakugo's are perfect for becoming pro heros
tsuyu: actually (ribbit) bakugou to angry (ribbit) to become popular

kaminari: yeah, i haven't known you for a long time, but dude you need to work on being nicer
y/n: (comments) i agree with kaminari and tsuyu-chan you have anger issues that's what i recall in our last encounter

izuku thoughts: ever since i came to u.a the tables had turned from me being made fun of to bakugou being made fun of
third person pov: the students finally arrive at the large training facility.....but didn't expect it to be unforeseen simulator joint (u.s.j studios)......
mina: i didn't expect us to go here
y/n: (i was leaning on todoroki shoulder, so i lifted my head up and looked out the window) were at u.s.j studios, thirteen works here....
izuku: u.s.j studios, runned by thirteen where it holds all the natural disaster points (in a slight whisper)
third person: once the students get of the bus they are greeted by the pro hero thirteen and she gives an introduction of the facility, also explaining how they should use their quirks to save people rather than fight. while thirteen was explaining she was interrupted by a large group of villains suddenly arriving through a black portal...
readers pov:
readers thoughts: i was with ochako listening to thirteen giving her speech, but got interrupted by a group of villains coming out of the black portal
ochako: are those the fake villains we have to fight
y/n: uhm ochako i think those are real villains not fake ones (i answer worriedly)
third person pov: villains appear in the plaza of u.s.j, lead by three mysterious villains. one of them notices that all might isn't among the class. he and his colleagues review that in the schedule it said all might was supposed be in u.s.j with the students, aizawa recognises this as the u.a intruders. tomura shigaraki is disappointed that the symbol of piece isn't around with the students and he said maybe all might might come if he murders all the students.... that makes aizawa tell thirteen to evacuate the students
readers pov:
readers thoughts: right now were following behind thirteen whose leading us to safety after the threat given to us by the villains
izuku: is mr. aizawa going to be ok (worriedly)
y/n: i'm sure he's going to be ok
thirteen: he's going to be alright and i'll try and get us help
third person pov: thats until the students are stopped by kuroguri a member of the league of villains he using his warp quirk, then bakugou and kirishima hastily attack him but to no avail... before thirteen could use her quirk the students are warped into various simulation zones in u.s.j
readers pov:
readers thoughts: as i got sucked into the warp i used my quirk to make me land safely, i looked at my surroundings and noticed that i ended up in a landslide zone. i then saw todoroki looking around i caught his attention
y/n: todoroki-kun (i yell)
third person pov: todoroki looks to see you running towards him, once i get their i say.....
y/n: i guess you made it here before me
todoroki: (he nods his head in understanding) keep a close look out there could villains anywhere
y/n: ok
third person: all of a sudden villains started to appear out a portal and started heading towards you and todoroki
todoroki thoughts: once i saw the villains coming towards us i pulled y/n closed to my chest, i don't know why i did it but i felt the need to protect her like she was special to me..
todoroki: stay close to me
readers pov:
todoroki: stay close to me
readers thoughts: once todoroki placed me near his chest i felt my face heat up not because i'm close to him but because of his concern and they way he embraced ne
y/n: ok (i stutter)
third person pov: then the villains came to attack todoroki and y/n, both of them used there quirks to block there attacks. todoroki was in the middle of freezing a villain but stopped to integrate him to get information about the current conflict and about their plans to kill all might..... that didn't turn out good because todoroki ended up freezing him.
readers pov:
y/n: we weren't able to get any information out of them at least we stopped them (disappointed)
todoroki: (he grabs your hand) that's fine, right now we need to help the others let's go
y/n: ok (while i tighten my grip in his hand)
meanwhile pov: midoriya, tsuyu, and mineta managed to escape the villains and their heading to help aizawa. ochako, sero, sato are holding off kuroguri so lida can race to get help. bakugou and kirishima are finishing off the rest off the villains in their sector, the rest of class 1a are making their way back to where aizawa was.....
readers pov:
readers thoughts: todoroki and i made it back to where mr. aizawa was but to only see that he was injured on the face and his arm was broken very bad. we also saw all might fighting a nomu but it looked stronger than the others... (looking to todoroki i say)
y/n: (letting go of todoroki hand)were we gone that long and this happens..... (i trail off)
todoroki: (a little surprised) i guess so
readers thoughts: as i see all might fighting the nomu he seems to be struggling, i want to help him
y/n: todoroki i think all might needs help
todoroki: (faces you) what are you trying to say y/n
y/n: i want to go help him (looking at him)
todoroki: it's dangerous plus that things bigger than you
readers thoughts: he's concerned about me
y/n: i'm glad your concerned for me todoroki, but i'll be ok (i said with a reassuring smile)
todoroki: (sigh) fine you can go as long as you know what your doing
y/n: all i'm going to do is hold the nomu in place so all might can finish it off, no physical combat involved with it i promise (i kiss his cheek) bye.. (i say shyly)
reader thoughts: then i left
todoroki thoughts: when y/n kissed my cheek i felt my face heat up, it gave me a type of warm feeling..a feeling i get when i'm always around her.. what could this feeling be.... then i went towards midoriya, mineta, and tsuyu
all mights thoughts: the nomu i was fighting should have been knocked out by now, ever since i gave young midoriya one for all i've been feeling a bit weak lately. thats until i notice young kim running towards me, she should be hiding not putting her life at risk...
all might: young kim you should be staying safe not putting your life at risk i can handle this
y/n: just let me help you. i have a plan, just distract it
continuing all mights thoughts: i didn't have a plan to stop this nomu, so i had no choice but listen to young kim. i hope she knows what she doing
readers pov:
readers thoughts: right now i'm running close to the scene where all might and the nomu are fighting i plan on keeping it in place then try d all might can defeat the nomu, now i'm going to be the hero for now.
third person pov: the nomu spotted y/n and went towards her that's when the whole plan goes to action, once the nomu was a little bit close to y/n she made her sword appear and pointed it towards the direction of the nomu and made it stop moving. the nomu was confused on what was going on since it felt everything stop, now it was all mights turn to finish off.....
all mights pov:
all mights thoughts: i was surprised when the nomu stopped moving that's when i noticed it was young kim's quirk. now i can finish this him off
third person pov: all might started running towards the beast preparing to knock it out, but all of a sudden kurogiri appeared and saw the nomu not moving, then he looked y/n's direction and sent a warp towards her causing her glyph to stop working while she gets sucked into a different sector. then kurogiri warps the nomu and saves it life (eventually he didn't save him).......
readers pov:
y/n: not this again
readers thoughts: i got even farther than last time, then i spotted momo, kaminari, and jirou with a small group of villains
meanwhile pov: some of the other students arrived to help all might stop the nomu from holding him in place. then todoroki sent ice towards the nomu and all mights direction while making sure not to hurt all might, all might managed to move while the nomu was frozen but then the nomu broke out........
readers pov:
readers thoughts: i spotted momo, kaminari, and jirou with a small group of villains near their sector. then i see a villain grabbing kaminari and he threatened if they didn't surrender he would kill kaminari, i couldn't let that happen so i needed to interfere.....
third person pov: y/n used her glyph to head towards there direction once she got close enough she sent ice towards the villain making him drop kaminari to the ground and then freezing his body. this also caught the attention of both girls.....
jirou pov:
jirou thoughts: a villain has kaminari in his hands right now he said that if we don't surrender he would kill kaminari so we had no choice but to surrender. that was until we saw something hit the villain causing it to drop kaminari and then the villain turned into ice. that's when momo and i saw y/n coming towards us....
momo: thank you for helping us y/n
jirou: yeah, we had no other choice or he would've killed kaminari
y/n: no problem that's what friends are for
third person pov: the girls are cut off by the sight of the pro hero snipe coming our direction including lida following behind him.....
time skip to cementos escorting student outside the building.........

third person pov: class 1a gathers outside the building, and investigator naomasa tsukauchi informs them that other than izuku, no students sustained major injuries. the students including y/n discuss their experience in fighting villains amongst themselves, that was until tsuyu mentioned....
tsuyu: what about thirteen (ribbit) and mr. aizawa
investigator: thirteen and eraserhead were critically injured, but are not life-threatening condition
readers thoughts: today's been interesting but i hope mr. aizawa is alright including izuku, all might, and thirteen. i think my mom saw this on the news and might be worried about me
time skip to end of the day (late afternoon/5:30)......

third person pov: the students of u.a high were dismissed to go after that crazy events that happened today. y/n was packing her things when she saw ochako and lida walking over to her desk....

lida: then we could walk home together, if you have time
y/n: sorry guys, i'm actually going to get some groceries then go home because my mom might be worried about me after the villain attack we just had today. plus it was on the news so i wouldn't want to worry her more.....
ochako: oh ok we totally understand

y/n: tell izuku i said hello and i hope he gets better, ok

third person pov: some people were still left in class, so y/n said by to her classmates then left the building while y/n walked out she spotted todoroki. obviously she went towards him.....

readers thoughts: i spotted todoroki when i went outside the building, so i ran towards him

todoroki thoughts: i wonder why y/n's outside alone i expected her to be walking with ochako and lida. so i asked her, after that crazy event she shouldn't be walking alone....
todoroki: y/n why are you walking alone
(y/n and todoroki are currently walking together to the station while talking)
y/n: oh, i'm actually walking alone because i'm going to do some groceries then go home because my mom might be worried about me after the villain attack. plus ochako and lida wanted to visit izuku at the hospital, so thats why. can i ask you something too
todoroki: (i hum in response)
y/n: why are you walking alone, i thought your sister was going to pick you up
todoroki: my sister was busy
y/n: what about your dad or any other family members like your mom
readers thoughts: once i mentioned todoroki dad and family he stopped walking and i noticed that there was an intense tension. did i say something wrong, his dad is the number two pro hero so he might have time for his own son right and his mom has time for him too. i wanted to break this odd tension so i called his name...
y/n: todoroki... what's wrong (slightly nervous)
third person pov: y/n and todoroki are currently on the sidewalk near a park, y/n noticed todoroki still didn't answer her so she stood in front of him to be met with a cold expression more like an intense glare. she was nervous yet speechless at the same time what did she say that was wrong that made him look at her coldly
readers thoughts: when i looked at todoroki he had a cold expression not the same one when we met but this one is more intense then the other one
todoroki pov:
todoroki thoughts: once y/n mentioned my family also mentioning my father and mother i became angry and stopped walking, i didn't think she would ever bring up this topic because she never asked about any of these things at school so why now ask. y/n called my name but i ignored her she even asked what was wrong i still ignored her until she stepped in front of me, her eyes meeting my cold expression.... she then said
y/n: todoroki did i say something that was bad and i shouldn't have said if i did then i'm sorry, so just tell me what i said that made you angry.... (upset)
third person thoughts: todoroki didn't say anything so y/n did something she never expected herself to do, she grabbed todoroki hand and pulled him over where the park was and pulled him down with her so she could talk to him......
readers pov:
readers thoughts: once i did that i noticed that todoroki and i are holding hands which caused me to blush so i quickly let go and sat in silence
todoroki thoughts: once y/n let go of my hand, we sat in complete silence. i wasn't in a good mood so i didn't bother talking
readers thoughts: i expected todoroki to speak but he didn't which wasn't helping the situation at all, so i began to speak

y/n: todoroki please talk to me, i'm your friend whatever i said that made you angry please explain to me why (i said sadly)
todoroki thoughts: i noticed that y/n was feeling pretty sad which hurt me a little, but there's one side of me saying that i should tell her everything but my other sides telling me i shouldn't and i should walk away and act like nothing happened between us..... so i spoke up
todoroki: why should i tell you and why is it now your asking, you haven't even asked me how i got my scar like everyone else does so why should i give you a reason not because were friends... something other than that (i answer coldly also sternly)
readers thoughts: he finally spoke....
y/n: the reason why i never asked about your family was because we were at school and i was still getting used to the fact were friends and the reason why i never asked about your scar was because they bring sad memories and i found it wrong for me to ask you then i would be asking to much about your personal life.... i just want to be a good friend, right now i feel like a bad friend because i made you angry and i never this topic to change the atmosphere. maybe you shouldn't be friends with somebody like me.... i'm sorry todoroki-kun (i say with a tear falling down my cheek)

readers thoughts: once todoroki said that i looked into his eyes they were filled with sadness and worry. he wasn't angry anymore which relieved me, but is he going to talk to me....

third person pov: todoroki held y/n's hand and kept his gaze on her
todoroki: no i want to tell you why i was mad when you mentioned my family (he gave you a weak smile)
y/n: ok (hesitantly with slight blush)
todoroki: you know my father right
y/n: yes endeavor the number two pro hero
todoroki: yes, my father's goal was to surpass all might but he couldn't and ranked number two. that's when my father came up with the idea of a quirk marriage, he wanted a child with two quirks that is strong enough to beat all might. he bought my mother from her family because of her quirk then married her, i have a brother too but he and my sister have both ice quirks then i was born....when i was five i got my quirk ice and fire, that's when everything changed. my father would always make me train even if i'm hurt he'll still make me continue and he would abuse me, when my mother tried to stop him he would always hurt her. one day i saw my mother talking to herself about my siblings and i looking like my father, when i called out to her she looked insane then she poured boiling water on my left side where my fathers quirk at. that day my mother was sent to a hospital ever since that day she never came back, but i visit her sometimes. all this happened because of the pain my father caused my mother including my siblings. i want to be a hero using only my mothers quirk not my fathers....
readers thoughts: (i was still holding todoroki hand)when todoroki finished telling his past i had tears streaming down my face, i think todoroki noticed i was crying.... then i say
y/n: how can someone do such a thing (my voice cracked because i was crying)
todoroki pov:
todoroki thoughts: once y/n said that i look down at her face my eyes meeting hers she had tears in her eyes...... she was crying, she then spoke again
y/n: todoroki you've been through so much, this is worse than my past........ how could he do that all of this to surpass him

readers thoughts: i didn't know what got into me, i then kissed todoroki where his scar was
todoroki thoughts: i felt y/n turn my face to face her then she kissed my scar... this kiss reminded me of the kiss from u.s.j but this time it was on my scar, i meet y/n's gaze it waa a troubled look but reassuring.....
third person pov: y/n and todoroki just stared at each other not breaking eye contact and hands still intertwined... y/n then broke the silence still facing todoroki as well

third person pov: then y/n leaned closer to todoroki and hugged him a few seconds later he hugs her back. they stay like that for a while then pull away still facing each other with a hint of blush on their faces.....
readers thoughts: i then i hear a notification appear on my phone, i broke my gaze from todoroki and then i looked at my phone to see a message from my mom. i sigh then i smiled and responded to her....
todoroki: who is it
y/n: it's just my mom. she asked if i was ok since she saw the news about u.s.j attack and told me she was going to be home late, and she wants me to be careful. i then told her i was with a friend (i said the last part with blush on my face)
todoroki: ok
y/n: well, i think we should go home before it gets late
third person pov: y/n and todoroki stood up to leave while they were about to exit the park todoroki grabbed y/n's hand... y/n turned around in confusion
y/n: todor- i mean shoto what's wrong (a little bit of concern)
todoroki: you said you have groceries to do and your mom said she's coming home late, isn't it dangerous for you to go home alone after what happened today (with concern)
y/n: oh, don't worry shoto i'll try to be careful
