Cell Starts Moving

Goku recovered after resting for two days. This was because the Mastered Super Saiyan state put less strain on the body and that Raditz stopped Goku from continuing the fight before his heart would be close to collapsing.

Goku was bummed that he missed the fight against the androids. Even if he wanted to find them, it was close to impossible since they don't have Ki. Goku could only go back to training.

Raditz knew that Cell would start going rampant and unscrupulously absorb people to gain more power. And it would be close to impossible to find him unless he decides to show himself. Even though he was an artificial life, and also created by Dr. Gero, he had Ki and could be sensed. But he knew how to hide his Ki and also knew how to control his Ki right off the bat. As long as he suppresses his Ki, the Z Team would not be able to find him.

A few days passed, every now and then it was Raditz's turn to instruct in the dojo. The dojo members were all motivated and full of vigor. Everyone wanted to learn to control Ki and fly. It was just too magical. They were especially excited to watch the Z Team spar and fight real battles.

Ever since the WMA, Raditz has started fighting real battles instead of only doing spars.

Explosions boomed one after another high up in the sky. Raditz and Goku in their Super Saiyan state were having a real battle. They fought in close combat and mixed with numerous Ki attacks. They made sure all the Ki attacks exploded high up in the sky or directed it to space.

Suddenly, Super Saiyan Gohan appeared and knocked down Raditz, with both Goku and Gohan working together, Raditz was overwhelmed and beaten till he coughed blood. Once Raditz fainted, Gohan pulled Raditz into a Rejuvenation Tank, then went back to the sky and fought Goku one on one. A while later, Goku fell from the sky, Gohan landed and pulled Goku to another Rejuvenation Tank.

It was pretty much a free for all battle. Raditz came up with this idea in order to exploit their Zenkai ability. If they only fought one on one, the strongest would always end up missing the Zenkai.

There was a large crowd below cheering crazily. All the 50 dojo members were excitedly watching the battles every day. Piccolo who was responsible for instructing had to push them back into the dojo.

Piccolo would also sometimes join in the free for all battles. But he did not have the advantage of Zenkai, so he would only occasionally join when it wasn't his turn to instruct the dojo members.

Everyone motivated each other and worked harder to become even stronger. Piccolo was more focused than ever in his meditation sessions.

Another day passed, Raditz and the others had started their free for all battle and fought harshly against each other. This time, Gohan was smashed down unconscious first. Raditz landed and put Gohan in a Rejuvenation Tank before continuing fighting against Goku.

Chichi came out of the house with a wireless phone in her hand.

"Goku! Raditz! Bulma called!" Chichi shouted loudly.

Goku and Raditz halted their fight and landed next to Chichi.

Bulma told them to watch the news on the tv. They went inside and turned on the tv. The news reporter on the broadcast reported that over 15,000 residents of Gingertown had disappeared, only 15,000 sets of clothes remained. It was as if the 15,000 residents had melted and disappeared. There were even traces of some fights and gunshots, a few bullets littered the ground.

Suddenly, they heard gunfire and the police and the investigative teams had headed over and were shouting over there. The news reporter walked toward the location with gunfire, but before he reached his destination, he had a shocked expression before the broadcast was cut off.

"Cell has started moving." While the rest were unable to figure out what was happening, Raditz already knew what happened.

In Kame house.

"This is bad!" Master Roshi exclaimed after watching the news.

"What do you mean?" Krillin asked confused.

"Airi left as soon as she saw the news earlier." Master Roshi said solemnly.

"You mean... She went to Gingertown?" Krilin was shocked.

"Airi never mentioned where she used to live, but seeing her horrified expression earlier, I think her parents lived in Gingertown." Master Roshi hadn't watched the news earlier, it was only now that Bulma had urged everyone to watch the news that he learned what happened in Gingertown.

No one had expected such a matter to occur, when Master Roshi saw Airi rush out of the house and drive away on a hovercar, he did not care. It was normal for Airi to sometimes leave and buy some stuff and come back later.

Boom! Vegeta unleashed his Ki and flew straight through the ceiling and smashed open a hole in the house and disappeared in the distance.

"Damn it! Vegeta!" Master Roshi cursed as he looked at the big hole on the ceiling.

A few hours earlier, the news had only reported several thousands of people missing in Gingertown. Airi might have run away from home, but that did not mean she did not want to see her parents again. She still missed them, it had been over 2 years since she last saw them.

The hovercar's speed was much slower than a helicopter, it took her 2 hours to reach Gingertown. She ran up to her house, and on the way, she saw countless sets of clothes on the ground. When she reached home, she saw the old butler's clothes on the ground, the windows of the house were broken and filled with shattered glasses. In the living room, her mother's set of clothes laid on the ground.

"Mom! I'm sorry for running away from home." Airi cried. She was devastated, she continued looking through the house, she did not find her father's clothes lying on the ground. She quickly went to her father's study room and pulled open the drawer and picked up a handgun.

"Dad! I'll save you!" Airi said with tears dripping down her petite face.

Armed with the handgun, she felt a sense of security and walked out of the house.

After searching around the neighborhood for a while, she heard gunshots from far away.

"There are survivors!" The first thing that came to her mind was that her father must be among the survivors. She hurriedly dashed to where the gunfire came from.

Policemen and the investigative team was shocked to find a monster with a needle-pointed tail. Anyone he stabbed his tail into would be absorbed and melted into nothingness. They screamed and sprayed bullets at Cell, but the bullets didn't even manage to break this monster's skin.

Airi arrived on the scene and was shocked.

"There's a civilian! Hurry, protect the girl! Jeff bring her away!" One of the policemen yelled to another young and scared policeman.

Jeff hurriedly nodded, he was just a new police officer and had long wanted to run from this monster, but he had his obligations as a policeman and could not run. Now he hurriedly grabbed Airi's hand and pulled her as he ran.

"What was that?" Airi was shocked by Cell's appearance. There was no blood, no gore scenes. Only policemen firing at Cell.

"That monster killed all the residents!" Jeff yelled and continued pulling Airi along.

"What?! No! No! It can't be! Dad! He-, he isn't dead!" Airi refused to believe everyone was dead. It had only been 2 hours since she heard the news. But it was possible for Cell to absorb all 15,000 residents in such a short time.

Jeff would turn his head every now and then to look behind him. The gunfire had ceased, but the fear and worry in his heart did not stop. He continued running even harder. But suddenly, while he had his head turned back, he crashed into someone.

"Ouch!" Jeff fell to the ground, Airi lost her balance and also fell.

"Two more bugs almost escaped, huh." Cell muttered.

Cell proceeded to stab his tail into Jeff, a moment later he magically melted away.

"Stop!" Airi pulled out her handgun and aimed at Cell.

Bang! Bang! Bang! She shot until she emptied her gun. Yet, the bullets all deflected from Cell's body as if it was made of steel.

"Noo! Prince! Prince! Save me!!" Airi cried in fear. She had never expected that it was a monster that had killed the whole town.

"Prince? What a delusional girl." Cell sneered and grabbed the girl.

"This Ki is... Vegeta? Excellent, his Ki isn't too bad. It'll be perfect for me to power up!" Cell suddenly turned around and looked at the tiny dot grow bigger.

Vegeta landed in front of Cell and focused his eyes on Airi.

"Let go of her!" Vegeta yelled.

"Prince! Y-you came!" Airi looked at Vegeta with hope.

"You know her? Ah... Hahaha! So that's why! She kept shouting prince! Prince! So it was you she shouted for. Indeed, the Prince of Saiyans." Cell ridiculed.

Although Airi annoyed him, he couldn't help but agree to her calling him prince, she was the only one who would remind him that he was the Prince of Saiyans. He no longer had any subordinates and was all alone. All the Saiyans under him had left him, he no longer had the strength to control them. They had all grown so strong. That's why he worked so hard to become stronger.

Vegeta kept reminding himself that he was only saving her because she was his subject.

"I told you to let her go!" Vegeta shot an angry look at Cell.

"Fine." Cell released his hand, Airi fell to the ground.

Just as Vegeta relaxed and took a step forward, Cell's tail stabbed Airi.

"P-prince!" Airi tried to grab Vegeta. But it was all futile, in the next instant, she was absorbed, with a tear dropping down to the ground, her clothes fell down.

"Bastard!" Vegeta roared, veins popped out of his forehead.

"Vegeta, why so angry. I was generous enough to let her go." Cell said sarcastically. Vegeta's battle power was only 4 million, Cell completely disregarded Vegeta.

"AAAAAAH! I'LL KILL YOU!!" Vegeta roared. Suddenly, his aura exploded in golden color, his hair turned golden blond, his eyes blue. His Ki rapidly exploded to an incredible amount.

Cell, from the future timeline, had assumed Vegeta already could transform into a Super Saiyan. Little did he know he was the cause for this timeline's Vegeta to transform.

Cell would not have targeted Vegeta if he wasn't confident in his strength. With all the people he had absorbed, his Ki was still higher than Vegeta after becoming a Super Saiyan.

Cell avoided Vegeta's punches and kicked him down. Then he fired Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon and shot through a fist-sized hole in Vegeta's chest. Cell's tail stabbed Vegeta and started absorbing his Ki. A few seconds later, Vegeta's Super Saiyan transformation was undone.

"Bastard! I'll, I'll kill you!" Vegeta stared daggers at Cell.

Boom! A Ki blast hit Cell and knocked him over.

"Dad!" Super Saiyan Trunks shot down and held Vegeta. He had left just a while after Vegeta flew out of Kame house.

"?!" Vegeta was extremely weakened from having all his energy drained. But he still stayed conscious. And very confused.

"Y-you! How can your Ki be this way?!" Trunks sensed the various different Ki energies that felt all too familiar to him. Vegeta had been too worked up to pay attention to Cell's Ki.

"This is Piccolo's Ki, Gohan's Ki, Goku's Ki. Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan and even dad's!" Trunks carefully left Cell's Ki and was left shocked.

"Who are you? No, just what are you?" Trunks looked warily at Cell.

"Ka... Me... Ha... Me... Ha!" Cell did not have the intention to tell his identity while he was still weak. He cupped his arms on his side and charged a Kamehameha before shooting it at Trunks.

"W-what! It can't be!" Trunks was shocked.

Boom! The Kamehameha caused a big explosion. Trunks had just managed to carry Vegeta away from the Kamehameha's explosion range. Cell suddenly appeared and kicked down Trunks. Vegeta fell to the ground.

Cell grabbed Trunks from behind and held his arm, while his legs wrapped around Trunks' legs. He had completely restricted Trunks. Cell's tail then stabbed Trunks.

"Aaah!" Trunks grunted in pain. His energy was swiftly absorbed. His Ki dropped quickly and turned faint.
