Mayor Kahn nodded and then showed them the investigation result. Jem learned those people were members of a rebel group. 

Just as he thought. His assumption was right.

They also learned the reason why they summoned the Ritual Gate. As he was reading the report silently, using his eyes only, Jem was slightly taken aback.

'They wanted to summon a stronger… beast!? By taking advantage of the dungeon!?' Although it didn't appear on his outward expression, inwardly, he was surprised.
