Realization

"We have to go back to our realm to know what's really going on." Robert stated.

"It's been two years since Uncle Marcus left and you are his ward. Leaving you here makes since if there is actually some power struggle at the Entity and Dark realm. It's a messy politics over there." Andrei looked at me and softly smiled.

Robert sighed, "What are we going to do with these corpses?"

Uno had killed the last one of them, he brought them together in a single pile. Twelve in all. Pure-breeds, but only considered as a lowly creature in the Entity and Dark realm, a demon thralls, disguised as human using a disguise potion.

"It's not safe here anymore. Maybe we should make a trip to the Entity Realm to know what's really happening." Mistral suggested.

"You said it as if it's easy to just go over there." Andrei snorted.

"Why isn't it easy?" I asked curiously.

"Andrei got entanggled up in a messy love affair." Robert laughed.

"Love affair?" I knitted my brows, it seemed rather drastic to be banned with that kind of reason.

"The Princess that supposed to be married to my brother fell in love with me, what can I do? You think I could just ignore a free tumble in bed?" Andrei laughed bitterly.

I opened my mouth but no words came out. I was speechless. Really. What kind of brother are you dilly dallying with your brother's fiance?

Mistral looked at me. She sighed. "The Princess was at fault, he's just helping his bro-"

"I don't need you or any other person to defend me." Andrei snapped, cutting Mistal's explanation. "It just like as what they said, I had sex with my brother's fiance the night before their wedding. So, I was banned or rather, banished."

"It just for 20 years." Robert added nonchalantly.

I looked at them. I just realized, I've been with them for two years yet I didn't know their story. All I did was focused on my trainings and myself that I didn't actually get to know them. The people I've been with and live with. I was slapped with realization that I actually became a narcissistic person to only focused on myself and my dilemma, yet they've all been nice and patient with me just because I am Marcus' ward?

I felt really ashamed. If this thing never happened I wouldn't know how bad a person I become.

"Maybe there's a way for you to go back?" I tentatively asked.

"He could actually go back, in a month." Robert said. "It would be the end of his 20th year of banishment".

Andrei grunted. "We need the male succubus' help".

"Male succubus? Are you talking about Adam?" They all looked at me weirdly after I voiced out my questions.

"Ahmm..he's the only succubus I know, that you mentioned before. You know, the one I met at school two years ago?" I grimaced.

"Hmm.., you have a very good memory." Uno commented, he was rubbing his beard while looking at me thoughtfully.
