15 A Date

It was around 3 pm:

In the garden.

Ashely and Victoria didn't know how to react, they just followed Alan's Instructions without rebelling. They were fine as long as they got to spend time with Alan.

"Anna!" Alan waved towards anna and whispered something in Anna's ears. Anna nodded and left.

William and Catherine were at least twenty meters apart looking at each other.

They didn't talk to each other but they were glaring at one another. After a while, they both flashed a weird smile at the couple… oh sorry 'A Throuple' I guess?

Victoria and Ashley glanced at Alan with their flustered face trying to find out what Alan was planning since he said 'He would take them on a date'. But Alan just stood there holding the two beauties by their waist with a warm smile on his face.

He didn't bother looking at the two ladies or his parents. He just stared at one of the entrances waiting for Anna's return.

Alan was embarrassed to even look at them. He just blurted it out in the heat of the moment since he didn't want two ladies, He didn't want a bloody battle in the garden. Not just that, he felt bad for both of them.

He had three options:

I)To say no to both

II)To say yes to one

III) Just run away from there

The first option was impossible since they both had come after his parent's approval.

The second option was possible but he didn't want to hurt the other girls' feelings by accepting one. Not just that, but his parents would get disappointed in him.

Now option (III) was somewhat the better option of the three, but that was a coward's way out.

So, the best way to create option (IV) Just take them both on a date.

This may be awkward, but this was the best decision he could come up with. And he liked both girls so there was no reason to discard this option.

In this world polygamy was common, But Alan still felt awkward going on a date with both of them. He had never thought he would be stuck in a situation like this. but whatever, we are here

Just when Alan was thinking about the weird situation he was in, he saw anna entering the garden

"Alan" anna walked towards Alan and spoke in a neutral tone "Everything is ready"

"…" The two beauties glanced at Alan; they were just curious about where Alan was taking them.

Anna spoke in a cold tone glaring at Victoria and Ashley "Ladies please follow me"

"Huh?... ok" they both replied at the same time, they didn't know why anna would look at them as if they were her enemies.

Anna didn't like what was going on here from the beginning, she wanted to be the one going on a date with Alan.

She knew it was hard for Alan to accept her since she was a maid and they were six years apart in age. But she really wanted to be with Alan. She didn't know how Alan would react if anna expressed herself.

'Will he say that I am just like a mother to him or will he think I am too old for him' anna shook her head to clear unnecessary thoughts.

Anna turned to the exit gritting her teeth and clenching her fists 'Then, would Alan accept me if I revealed my identity?' anna thought to herself as she walked towards their destination.

Alan followed anna behind the girls. He quickly glanced at his parents to see their reaction.

Catherine and William were whispering into each other's ears and giggling.

'Tsk, my parents look like mad scientists planning their next experiment'

William and Catherine reclaimed their composure and waved at Alan. Showing a thump-up signal.

'Hmm' Alan quickly turned his head away thinking 'I may not have experience in dating, but I am the reason most of my friends got laid when I was in high school'

Alan never had a girlfriend not because he had any issues with his body but because he didn't find anyone interesting.

As they were walking through the hallway, Victoria quickly interrupted Alan's thoughts "…Alan where are we going? Are we not going out on a date?"

Ashley glanced at Alan too, waiting for Alan's reply.

"Yes, we are going on a date but..." Alan hesitated for a second "… in my house".

They both nodded Hearing Alan's reply Ashley and Victoria understood what Alan meant.

He had mentioned in his letters to them that his parents never allowed him to go out of the mansion.

Even if he goes on a date, he would have no idea where to take them.

They entered a room, which had a dining table set up for three. At one end of the room, there was a large kitchen with all utensils. The room looked like it was made of gold. Everything had a golden and white tone to it. Even the seats, the dining cloth etc…

Alan pulled the chairs for them to sit like a gentleman.

Thump!

Alan popped a bottle and poured them a glass of a mysterious liquid. It was golden orange in colour with bubbles sizzling from the bottom.

Out of curiosity, Ashley questioned, "Alan what is this?"

"Just drink it" Alan flashed a gentle smile. Although it wasn't older than two years it still would taste pretty good.

Victoria and Ashely slowly took a sip from the glass "Wow!" they exclaimed at the same time with a surprised look.

"It's called champagne" Alan spoke with a gentle smile.

"It's so good Alan, where did you get it?" Victoria questioned immediately.

"I made it"

"What yo- "before Victoria could finish Alan interrupted her.

"This is just the beginning, just give me half an hour" Alan walked away to the kitchen and put on his apron.

Thirty minutes have passed:

Alan was still working in his kitchen; his moments were very fast as he cooked multiple dishes at the same time and had some maids control the flame for some dishes.

Those maids were fire mages, Alan had worked the maids to the fullest. But still, this was nothing compared to how much they were paid. Alan used all the maids he needed and drained their energy every single day. They had never worked this much their entire life but they were still happy since they got to try the dishes he makes.

Drip

Ashley's mouth watered just by smelling the aroma in the air coming from the kitchen.

Victoria immediately gave Ashley a cloth to wipe her mouth. Although they were showing hatred against each other before they are comparatively calm now as they finish the champagne Alan poured.

Victoria cleared her throat.

"Ah sorry for my late introduction." Victoria quickly got up from her chair and introduced herself in a noble manner "I am Victoria Wilson, a second circle healing mage and Alan's childhood friend"

She had a warm smile on her face even though Ashley was her rival.

Ashely got up from her chair "I am Ashley Johnson, a second circle water mage and Alan's friend" She had the same warm smile on her face.

They sat back in their seats and chatted about how they met Alan and shared their memories. That memory included the kiss they both shared with Alan.

They were giggling and talking to each other as if they were a close friend.

Alan who was on his way back couldn't help but comment at them "You two seem to be getting along" as he flashed a gentle smile.

"Ah- Alan you are here finally, you took more than thirty minutes you know" Ashley pouted as she said.

"You look so cute Ashley" Alan couldn't keep it to himself as he found her pouting face very cute.

"you idiot!" Ashley looked at Alan with an embarrassed face.

Alan took a seat after commenting, he immediately felt the atmosphere around them turning a bit colder.

He glanced at Victoria who stared at Alan with a cold face as a cold aura left her body.

Oh shit!

"Victoria you very look beautiful today," Alan said and turned to Ashley "You too Ashley"

"Both of you look like angels, I am so lucky "

The temperature became normal again.

sigh!

Victoria and Ashley's faces were beaten red hearing Alan's compliment.

Alan didn't want to waste any more time since he had made them wait longer.

The maids brought in the dishes as Alan ordered.

The first was the appetizer:

Alan pointed towards a plate filled with a white dish "This is called a dumpling"

He distributed some to each of them

They were staring at it since it was something they had never seen.

"Come on have it"

Their mouths were entangled with flavours, they never had such a delicious meal in their life.

Victoria got up from her seat immediately after tasting it while Ashley was still enjoying it with her eyes closed.

Seeing their surprised reaction Alan spoke in a gentle tone "Don't say anything now, we have more to eat"

"Alan why are you not having any, come sit near me," Victoria said with a warm smile.

"No, Alan sit next to me "Ashley spoke immediately. She wanted to sit next to Alan too.

Alan didn't want to disappoint both of them, he sat in the middle between them.

"Say ahh~" Victoria first.

"Alan open your mouth" Ashely second.

Alan had a dumpling each of them.

Clap!

"Now it's the real deal"

The Menu For The Date

The appetizer:

Chinese steamed dumplings

Indian masala Vada

The main dishes:

Spicy lamb rib chops

Honey Chicken

A double patty beef burger

Chicken Tikka

Desserts:

Black forest cake

Chocolate brownies

Strawberry ice-cream

"Alan, I loved everything it was delicious, I won't ask you for the recipe instead I want you to make them for me every time" Victoria spoke honestly. Where else could she eat these dishes?

"Yes, it was very delicious" Ashley complimented as well.

"Thank you, I enjoyed it having with you two" Alan spoke honestly. Who wouldn't enjoy a date with two beautiful ladies and his favourite dishes?

Alan had prepared the ingredients for some dishes beforehand. Alan wanted to start his own branch of restaurants in this world, he just wanted to gather people he trusted before going to the next step. But he doesn't mind sharing the recipes with Victoria and Ashley. Since they will be known in the future anyway.

Time flew as they enjoyed their date.

It was already dark outside when they finished their dinner date. They didn't just eat they talked about everything they had missed to convey in their letters. The three enjoyed their blissful time.

Alan was quiet all of a sudden and his mood was easily noticeable although he put on a happy face.

Victoria grabbed Alan's hand and said "Alan don't be sad we really enjoyed our date" She glanced and smiled at Ashley and questioned, "Didn't we?"

"Ah yes "Ashley held Alan's other hand "Don't be sad, I don't think we could have asked for a better first date"

"And I realized that uncle and aunt didn't tell you about our arrival" Victoria spoke as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"I am sorry we put you in a difficult situation today" Ashley wanted a part of Alan too, she laid her head on Alan's other shoulder and continued "We saw how hard you tried to cook all these dishes for us, so please" Ashley glanced at Alan with her loving pink eyes.

Alan didn't want to miss this golden opportunity.

He flashed a smile "Why don't you two prove it"

"Huh?" Ashley was confused. She didn't know what he wanted to prove.

Alan wanted them both to show him that they really enjoyed their date and they didn't just say all this just to cheer him on.

Victoria pulled Alan's face towards her and kissed him on his cheeks, but she actually wanted to kiss him on his lips. She felt embarrassed kissing in front of Ashley.

Seeing Victoria's bold move Ashley didn't want to fall behind

She pulled Alan's face towards her and kissed him on his cheeks.

kiss kiss!

She kissed him twice.

Victoria glared at Ashley and kissed Alan again. Then it was Ashley.

They were kissing and toying with him back and forth.

Alan just kept enjoying the kisses from these beautiful ladies.

A minute passed as they fought for Alan's cheeks.

"stop "Alan put his hands and stopped them from eating out his checks.

Alan got up from the chair and smiled at them both "I think you should rest now"

Ashley and Victoria stopped glaring at each other and nodded.

"Ashley why don't we sleep together today" Victoria was afraid she would make a move on Alan.

Ashley flashed a sly smile "Yes we can sleep together today" She looked at Alan and continued

"Alan you better not come to our room when we are asleep"

She had a weird smile on her face the same smile his mother would give his dad when she wanted to warn him.

"A- ah! yes, why would I come to your room?" Alan stuttered.

Yawn!

He yawned and walked out of the room before commenting "Sleep well tomorrow is a big event"
