And in my defense, just walking on the street in broad daylight doesn't seem like a situation where you need to have your guard up, much less with someone you had considered your friend.

So when I saw Anna turn around with a strange bag in her hand, I figured that she was trying to show me something inside it. Unfortunately, it turned out that she put the bag on top of my head.
