Murderer

It's a rather strange feeling to be blamed for a problem while being the very reason that it was solved in the first place.

Well, or at least it would be for most people.

As for me, I didn't really feel anything. Only one day had passed, and I ended up sitting back at the same place that I had been, waiting for the chefs to cook up some food. However, just a moment later, there was practically a horde of people running up. The guards really had to work for their money, surrounding me and drawing their swords.

Yet, despite the threat of metal weapons, they did not go away.

They simply kept a few steps back, which seemed a tad bit difficult with people in the back pushing forward. However, it eventually settled down. That was when many accusations were thrown at me.

"He's the one that spread the disease, the son of the Arden family!"

"How dare you mix poison into the food you gave to us?"

"If it wasn't for the grace of other nobles, I would've starved to death!"
