"I'll be back. Viv should come back soon with Avsi." I looked at Mandy and she seemed to have understood that she was in charge until I came back. I could feel her roots wiggling underneath the house.

Zara looked like she wanted to protest, but she couldn't. I leaned in close and kissed her cheek.

"I won't be long. Don't worry."

"Mom?" Celyce pulled the hem of my shirt.

"Mom has some business to finish. I'm going to get paid a lot, so think of some stuff you want me to buy you when I come back."

I quickly left before she could protest and broke free of her little hand.

When I left the house, duke Prim was waiting for me.

"I'm here on her majesty's orders to escort you back."

"Perfect."

We made our way back by soaring through the sky. I wasn't aware that duke prim was able to fly as well. I may have to reconsider how I look at him.
