It was our third day with Celyce and she still didn't have her own room, so she slept with us again. It was morning and she was comfortably sleeping between us.

"Are you going to participate in the war?" I asked Cera who was still laying down.

"Probably. It won't be long, but I want to have an accomplishment under my name. It'll be helpful for the future if we contributed something to the kingdom during the war." She's not wrong. Since adopting Celyce means we are indebted to Celest for life, if we had some accomplishments in the war and contributed to the kingdom in other ways, it'll guarantee our standings and influence as princesses in name only. This will be helpful in the future for Celyce as well.

"We have to start thinking about our future."

"You're right." I replied.

"Okay. When are you leaving?"

"Seven days from now. After the candidate competition."
