Vol 1: Ch 24 - Exploration of Rei Family's Home

As what their mother says, both El and Mei families just put their things right away the moment they step in inside their room. Well they even get out at the same time and step down the stairs in a hurry because they were too excited to tour the house after all they've been away and gone for a long time that they never seen the improvements of their house, then right after climbing the stairs they saw their Mother waiting for them.

"Oh, you're all fast"

"Well, of course Ma, I'm really excited to explore our house because Sis is a good planner and designer at all."

"You're right Mei, Rei is the one planning and designing the house but since she's not a pro about this matter, so instead she just explaining the details of what she wants and plan for our house to the Architect."

"Ha, ha, that's really her and so Sis really did it huh"

"Mom please be quiet and Grandma, let's start now or else Auntie Rei will be here without us knowing and not realizing that she got home already"

"That's right, that's right, thanks my little boy Ken."

"So let's start now and explore the outside of our house first"

All of them get out from the house just to see the exterior of the house and most of all exploring the whole house then Aya start explaining and detailing the house from what she heard from Rei when she explains it to their Architect.

"So, first that's our gate, Rei chose the dark blue one for the gate since it's not too bright or even too dark and it's a cool color to our eyes, the size was like that because perhaps maybe you will purchase a car or van in the future and park it to our garage near the gate. It will automatically locked so whenever someone going in and out we don't need to get worry about it and that's the reason why we will need to carry the key at the most and most of the time bringing the keys with you all time if you don't want to be get locked to your own home. I, Rei, you El, and Mei have each key so you can go around somewhere without worrying about getting locked only if you are always bringing your key with you and without disturbing anyone of us to get inside the house. Alright back to our topic, this is our lobby for our resting and relaxing time, you can also have tea or coffee time at that table. This is our pool, it's just 4.5 feet because Mei your dream house is to have a pool so that's why Rei got this pool and then this is our garden, Rei decides to have a garden since I'm now old and in order for me not to get bored so that's why she add a garden and knowing that I really like flowers and plants, that's our fish pond in the corner because all of us like to pet the fish, especially you El. All of these are the outside part of the house, ah, wait if you notice it, our house is only one storey outside but when we get inside its three-storeys, right?"

"That's right Grandma/Mama Grand" the kids react first.

"Well your Auntie Rei plan it on purpose, well as for the reason, it was to attract less attention from the onlookers, even the pool is in a hidden area."

"Right Ma, at first I'm really surprised that we have a pool here and I didn't even notice it when we walk around but then when we are closing our distance to here, indeed we really have a pool."

Everyone nodded and the siblings commented together "geez Rei/Sis, is really cunning huh"

"Ha, ha I'm also surprised when I heard that from Rei but for now let's go inside."

Everyone followed Aya and all of them get inside for the interior exploration of the house and then right away Aya continues where she left off.

"So this is our living room, we have both the sala set and the couch, that's our 65" Smart TV, speakers, and amplifiers. This is our dining room with dining sets and 18 seats for 18 seaters. This is our kitchen room. Our family restroom is in between our study room and my room. Rei, decide that my room is on the ground floor or on this floor in order for me to get easily accessed and number one reason is to avoid me getting injured or any accidents at all. If I need something, I just need to press the intercom since it's connected to each of your rooms, El, Rei, and you Mei. So, as I said a while ago this is my room, our family restroom and that's our study room and beside it, it's our guest room. Now let's go upstairs"

Aya can still walk alone even she's 60+ and didn't even have a cane to support her walk and balance since she is a healthy and lively one but still she carefully and slowly walks because Rei will be upset if she's careless enough that cause her to be injured and something might happen when she's not around. Sooner, they arrive on the second floor, and then Aya begins to explain again as if she's a tour guide.

"So this is your room El, let's get inside first, alright?" El nodded "good, so, for now, I will explain this room only since Rei and Mei's room are all having the same design and the likes, the difference only is the room paint color and background. So El and Mei, this is what your room looks like, this is the master bed for the husband and wife, 2 rooms for the kids separated by gender, so Rei already provided a room if you will have a daughter Mei and a son for you El. (The two married couples blush then Mei realized something right away)

"Eh, then don't tell me Sis also have a room like this, Ma?"

"Of course, she gets ready and prepares for her future husband and kids. Well, we don't know when and for now, this is what El, Rei and you Mei rooms look like, my room and the guest room don't have any additional rooms but then all rooms have the same furniture, the rooms also have their own restroom each, no appliances provided in order for us to rest well and a balcony in each room which all of the rooms have a glass wall that only the insiders can see what the outside look, the air-conditioning of each room is a split type and one centralized air-conditioning for the dining room, living room and the kitchen area.

For the third floor is a big space for multipurpose such as any events or if you want to physically fit, then you can exercise whatever you want to, well we don't have any equipment for whatever exercises you want but we have one treadmill in there, so you can use it whenever you want. The third floor has two entry-exit access from inside for the family members only and outside near the pool for the outsider"

Everyone has shock and surprise expressions and then the first one to react is Mei.

"Ma, Ma I think Sis forgot something that really important to you and us"

"If you're talking about our prayer room or for our meditation room, well it's inside in our study and meeting room, so let's get down and see from your own eyes, okay?"

All of them nodded at the same time and then everyone stepping down the stairs one by one and entered inside the said room. After getting in, everyone jaw dropped because the study room consists of one large bookstand with a height of 6" since most of them are 5'5" only Mei's husband who is the tallest one which is 6'7", the large bookstands are full of books, then there's a three small bookstands align and each of them has a book which they know it's El, Rei and Mei's handbooks and school books from when they were still a student during that time. Then they also notice the long table and again with the 18 seats. At the left corner are 5 desktop computers with tables and chairs and then they notice one unit of machine that they know that it has a scanner, photocopier, and printer at the same time. At the right corner, they notice the prayer room and they get inside together. Then all of a sudden they became silent because they can feel that the room is really solemn and peaceful, after a few minutes they get out and then all of them asking together in sync except for Aya.

"Why it becomes so cold all of a sudden in here?"

"Ah, that's right I forgot to mention that one but we also have another one centralized air-conditioning in this room and it will automatically turn on the moment the door will open and someone's entering the room then turning off the moment the door will close without pressing anything since it's automatic, well to be precise it has a sensor and automatically off if no one's around in the room. The temperature will automatically change based on the number of persons entering the room."

All said and ask in unison "then many of us entering in this room will become colder?"

Aya nodded and said "that's what Rei told me, it's my first time to witness it and to feel it since only I and Rei will always entering in this room. But you will be used to it since both of you are from J Country and T Country that both of the countries have a winter season after all. For now, let's seat and continue with our discussions".

"Okay, Ma/Grandma/Mama Grand."
