Broken Wings
"I am sorry on behalf of June. ", Nivi tried to apologize to Huan as June followed Sushi outside.
"Don't talk to me. Your face getting on my nerves. If you didn't bring June to the Lizzas, none of this would happen.", he yelled at her
"We planned to go. If you didn't bring Sushi to Lizzas after sying on us. None of this would happen. Don't blame me for your stalking", Nivi said and left looking for them.
"Is this everything you can do?", Sushi asked June when they came outside while Huan was getting treated inside.
"Didn't you listen to what he was telling you? He told you to leave me", June said in frustration looking straight into her eyes.
"He wasn't telling me to leave you. He was telling me to follow my heart on whether to stay with you or leave you.", Sushi shouted at him.
"So what have you decided?" June asked her anxious, his face with a lot of worries and afraid of what Sushi was gonna say next. He looks like he became a loser before even she says anything.
"Tell me one good thing or reason to stay with you.", she asked him holding her hands like she was ready to listen him out.
He searched for answers and said, "You have signed a contract with me for two months".
"Not that, is there any good reason?", she asked again.
"You have to work for my company for three years, you signed that contract or I can get sued and lose all my company to you.", he said again expecting this should work.
"If that is the case, I have the upper hand and I am nullifying the contract in this instance. Apart from that do you have any other reason", She asked again.
"Don't forget that you owe me your life for betraying me and dragging me into this marriage.", he pointed out.
This statement made her even sad, "Fine it's true, I might brought misery to your life. But now I am trying to fix things and give your life back by leaving then what is your problem?", she replied harshly.
This time he lost all his answers and couldn't even find anything to say. Second by second, the situation got even tensed but he couldn't say anything.
"June?", she called his name expecting an answer from him breaking his silence.
He thought and said, "You love me. Isn't that reason enough for you to stay with me?", he said.
"Do you think I will continue loving you even after knowing that you were sleeping with me only because I look like Chloe? And when you saw me this morning instead of Nivi, did it disappoint you?" She was too angry at him.
"No Sushi, it was a misunderstanding. You didn't hear anything before that. I indeed slept with you since you both look like.
But the relationship between Nivi and me is not what you think. She wasn't there to be with me. She was there because,.." he tried to say something but Sushi cut him off.
"Did you listen to my words?
Did you trust me when I said I had nothing to do with Huan? Did you believe me when I said we never had that kind of relationship?
Why should I believe your words now?", Sushi pointed and attacked again.
"Sushi, I have known Nivi since she was a child. We had grown up together. We can never be more than friends like you think", June tries to explain to her.
"So does Huan. June. He has known me since my childhood. We were together all of our lives. He brought me back from my misery which you created.", Sushi outbursted.
"I created?", June asked in confusion, unable to comprehend the meaning of her words.
"Sushi", Huan called her name walking towards her and interrupting their serious discussion.
June got frustrated upon seeing his face.
"Come, you are tired. I will take you home", Huan told her holding her hand.
"I can take her home. Don't forget that she is still my wife and we live in the same place", June counterattacked and held another hand of hers.
Sushi nodded silently at Huan ignoring June's words, "Wait for me in the car, I am coming". Huan left leaving them to wait in the car.
"Sushi, you don't have to go with him", June said.
"Did you forget, you left me in my parent's home without asking my decision? I am going there as per your wish", she forcibly took his hand off her.
