THE STRANGULATOR

In 1966, when the crime waves were at their peak and wreaking havoc on all citizens, the Strangler appears.

Nobody knows his name, nor his sex (if he is male or female); The only thing that is known about him is that he kills his victims in a savage and violent way.

The first victim, her name is Doris Doherthy and she was twenty-six years old. Doris, is a single woman who, studied every morning from Monday to Saturday, from seven in the morning until one in the afternoon; after that, he would work at Ross from two in the afternoon until nine at night.

On Saturdays, he worked all day from seven in the morning until nine at night at JC Penney and had Sundays, to rest.

She has never been seen accompanied or in love; and that is why she is the Strangler's victim, because she is fragile and defenseless.

Doris, was leaving her work (nine at night), heading home.

That day, they had closed certain places, to fix the streets; and that has made everyone deviate, heading to other places that they had never been before.

Doris, had to do the same thing that the others have done and that was to find another way, to go home.

While she was heading home, she feels that someone is stabbing her in the back. Scared, she starts running and the Strangler chases her.

As she ran, Doris began to scream for help; but, no one came to help her, because they saw the Strangler behind her.

Terror took hold of Doris, because she felt like adrenaline was taking over her body.

But the strangler not only had the knife with him; but also, all the tools, to kill their victims.

The strangler, used everything, to attack Doris; As she did so, Doris bled more.

Weak and bloody, they were not an impediment for Doris, to run without stopping, to save her life; but, the strangler, managed to reach her.

When he did, he first strangled her and then mutilated her.

As she did so, Doris kept screaming for help; but, no one came to help her. The poor thing died; meanwhile, he was mutilating her.

Finally, he set fire to Doris's body, not to leave a trace; consequently, the police never found Doris's body.

Doris's family and friends died without ever finding Doris's body.

The second victim was named Renata Renault, a twenty-two-year-old university student, the same as Doris, without a lover, without children and without a partner.

How do I know all that? Because they were my distant aunts and my mother told me their stories when I was little.
