Dahlia and Drake hadn't really been a couple, to begin with. Their relationship was more complicated than that, it was more like a situation where both parties agreed that one would be the dominant while the other would be the submissive. She was always happy being the submissive one while Drake dominated her daily on the bed.

However, when Vanessa came into his life, Dahlia became completely insignificant to Drake.

Dahlia tried her best to hold on to her love for him but when she asked Drake if she still matter to him, he told her that he still saw her as someone special to him.
