I waited for him to answer. It felt like it was the longest time I waited and the time stopped because of my anticipation.

He was coldly staring at me. And my heart felt a stabbing pain every time he looked at me with disdain. I wanted to rush to his side and embrace him, but I was afraid to get rejected.

"Whatever. Do what you like. I'm so tired of all these dramas." He said.

I kept quiet and was just observing him. He sat on the couch and picked up a magazine to read while I was sitting across from him.

The silence inside our bedroom was deafening. I felt like I was being locked up with a complete stranger. But I had to show him that nothing would change even though he insisted that the other Jayden and the one in front of me were different. One was fake and the other was real.

I decided to stay in our bedroom because of what Alora had suggested. I had to stay close to him and he had to see me at all times so he could notice me.
