ELI'S 3RD RIVAL IS COMING TO TOWN

"It's quite peaceful today," Eli commented the next day when they went to the hospital for work. Normally, Allen would just spring somewhere like a mushroom and greet Belle with extra arms on Belle's shoulder. Sometimes, he would even hug her in front of him. However, there was no Allen this time. 

Until they reached his office, no Allen sprouted to annoy the hell out of him. Eli felt so grateful to the gods who gave him peace this time. 

Or that was what he thought. 

Allen took a long vacation which was very rare because he was very dedicated to his work, and since he rarely asked to rest from work, the hospital granted his long vacation leave request, but they didn't tell anyone about the reason. 

In the absence of this doctor, another presence came to disturb Eli's serene heart. 

Knock! Knock! Knock! 

Belle opened the door and saw the woman she never thought she would see again after a long time.
