La Granja's total land area was about 300 hectares, and the vast expanse of land was mainly used for farming. There were different kinds of crops being planted there and the Rivera family was one of the biggest distributors of many fruits and vegetables in different cities. 

"When I heard your family has a farm, I thought it would be a small farm with few crops. I didn't expect it would be this big. Travis Madrigal's family owned a farm as well, right? Is it bigger than this? Your circle of friends is composed of the Elite people from many cities, huh." 

"First, the Avery family, which is Travis' maternal family, owned the farm in City B. Their farm is way bigger than this. They have a variety of fruits and vegetables, too. However, I am not sure if they ventured into poultry and piggery. The last time I visited their farm, they didn't have it which is basically what differed us from them."
