Summon Calder

The rest of the hunters were busy fighting with the goldfurs, they had absolutely no idea of what was now lurking in the darkness.

"Ice Dome!" A mage yelled, his eyes glowed in a bright light for a few seconds, then, an icy mist began to rise from the earth shielding the mage.

"Berserk!" A fairly tall man wearing sturdy beast armour shouts as he hacked away any demon wolf in his path.

"This is too easy." A female warrior chirped as she finished off a goldfur wolf in a single blow.

Everyone started to nod in agreement, they ventured into a black dungeon, but the creatures here were so weak, that even the lowest rank could handle them.

As everyone were about to proceed further, a loud scream was heard from far behind, then, followed the sound of claw tearing through flesh and bone.

"Goldfur King!" Someone yelled in terror, his hands were shaking visibly and he was unable to move.

"It can use King's influence! Do not look in it's eyes!" The tall man said as he ran towards the goldfur king.

Demon kings were extremely powerful and so were their cores, a very powerful king core could take down a miniature army in a single decisive blow.

Right now all the tall man was thinking was getting the core and selling it to the government.

The money would be enormous, enough to buy tons of powerful equipment and supplies to last in a gold dungeon.

As he came within strike range of the goldfur king, something shocking happened.

The tall man had lifted up his sword and swung it down, attempting to end the king with a critical strike.

Instead of the sword making contact with skin, it landed on the earth beneath the goldfur wolf.

"I-It just phased through my attack!" The tall man grit his teeth in frustration, he never knew that this one would be so powerful.

The goldfur king growled, then, with all it's might jumped towards the tall man them made an X with it's claws.

The claws of the goldfur king tore through the armour and managed to scratch the tall man's skin, making the huge man roar in anger.

The goldfur wolf king just kept glaring at the tall man in scorn, it just bared it's fangs in hostility, then, darts off.

"My money!" The tall man yelled in his head as he saw the goldfur king dash further into the dungeon.

"Shut up, Roy." A gold haired man said as he walked up to the tall man.

Roy scoffed, fury flashing in his eyes as he jogged off to join the rest.

The gold haired man smiled slightly as he watched Roy, his smile disappeared. Immediately as it appeared as the man ran after Roy.

Lucas smiled as he saw the words before his eyes.

The twisters started to close the distance between them and Lucas, hoping to catch him off guard.

Lily frowned, they weren't paying her attention, but were all targeting Lucas.

Lucas took a step forward, his eyes glowed in dark light, a smile was plastered across his face as he continued to step forward.

Lily felt something click in Lucas, now his energy seemed to be getting wilder and stronger.

The twisters were subconsciously backing away slowly, the enemy they were targeting just now had suddenly become extremely powerful.

Lucas lifts his sword, the purple blade glowed brightly as he fed his energy into his weapon.

He swung his sword down with as much strength as he could muster, and immediately the sword crashed into the earth, a purple blast of energy was shot at the group of awakened twisters.

"Hehe." Lucas grinned at the words appearing before his eyes, he seemed to have been blessed with some sort of system.

He could now get XP from both the system and the guild, making his growth rate faster than any being who has ever walked the earth.

Lucas now had an ambition, he now wanted more power than any being, and anyone who gets in his way will be destroyed.

To become the strongest, he had to kill and destroy as many as he can, he had been weak all his life and now was the time to change that.

Suddenly Lucas felt something from the orb in his bag. Avarlyn had said to protect it with his life so Lucas took the orb almost everywhere he went.

The fact that the orb was so powerful that he must protect it with his life made goosebumps all over his skin.

"Lily, take out the paragon stone and throw it to me." Lucas said.

Lily immediately opened the bag, took the orb, then, threw it to Lucas with as much force she could muster without hurting him.

Lucas grabbed the orb mid-air, as he brought the paragon stone closer to himself, words appeared before his eyes.

[Summon Calder?]

[Yes/No]

Lucas tilts his head to the side with a confused look on his face, he just got over some confusing and shocking discoveries and now this.

He didn't like the suspense, but he knew that this Calder would be incredibly strong and it would be a waste to summon him here.

"No." Lucas mumbled.

[Would you like to store Paragon Stone?]

[Yes/No]

"Eh?" Lucas was even more confused, now he could store items.

As he was about to select yes, a loud resonating roar jolts him to reality, he almost dropped his blade from shock.

[High levelled demon detected!]

[Kill demon to get instant power boost!]

The day was just getting better and better.
