After reading the last chapter,
I got a feeling some people got the idea that this would be an incest

This chapter is kind of an extra

(5 Years Later)
It has been 5 years since Lucy adopted Saiki into her home.
Saiki managed to somehow survive these 5 years without dying from Lucy's mistakes.
If it was an ordinary baby, it would have unquestionably died!!
Hell, one day she brought him with her to the grocery store and forgot him there.
Thankfully, by that time, he had already mastered Teleportation.
Today was a big day for Lucy.
It was the first day of kindergarten.
Of course, she enrolled Saiki without his knowledge or approval.
She was extremely excited.
She headed to Saiki's room to wake him up.
"RISE AND SHINE KUU-KUN" shouted Lucy as she slammed the door open.

Inside the room was Saiki sleeping peacefully in his bed.
He was already aware that Lucy had enrolled him in kindergarten without his knowledge, thanks to telepathy.
He had to mentally prepare himself to deal with kids.
Although he is one himself, well, he is physically one anyway.
In the past 5 years, Saiki's powers have grown very fast.
He got most of the OG Saiki powers to some level.
He also faced the same problems controlling his power.
However, he found out that his control was far better.

Perhaps because of his Higher Soul power and mental power, he had good control over his powers.
Although it is not perfect control, it is still far better than OG Saiki control.

The hardest part was hiding his powers from Lucy.

After 5 years of living together with her, he gradually came to see her as his mother and grew close to her over the years, although he never showed it.
Back to the Current Situation
Lucy, hearing no response from her adopted son, walked to his bed.

Getting no response, Lucy began to feel worried that her adopted son would be late for his first day in kindergarten.

Suddenly, she remembered a video she saw online.

Lucy stood up and ran to the kitchen to get a bottle of water.
Thankfully, she didn't notice Saiki sweating nervously.
Of course, Saiki was awake before she entered his room.

It seemed like plan A to avoid going to kindergarten failed.

He sensed Lucy before she came to his room. He, of course, knew her objective, so he made a plan.
However, after reading Lucy's mind, he decided to stop Plan A (Sleeping Peacefully). A pretty lame name if you ask me.
While Lucy got the bottle of water, she then made her way to Saiki's room.
As she entered Saiki's room, she saw Saiki awake, but his face seemed slightly pale.
Suddenly, Saiki began coughing
"I don't feel well, Oka-san," said Saiki in between coughing while looking at her with hurt eyes.
Lucy got worried and checked Saiki's temperature only to find it high.
She began to worry about his health, so she left to call a doctor to check up on him, completely forgetting the kindergarten business.
She ran out of the room in a hurry, failing to notice the smirk on Saiki's face.
It seems plan B was a success,' thought Saiki as he eyed Lucy leaving his room.
Plan B (Pretend to be Sick) was originally a (Pretend to be Dead) plan, but after some thought, he figured that pretending to be dead would be a bit over the top.
With his power, he heated his forehead slightly and used Hypnosis.

His plan succeeded. Even if she gets a doctor, he will pretend to just have a cold for a day or two to avoid kindergarten.
And that is what happened.
Lucy came back with a doctor in a hurry.
The doctor after checking up on Saiki
"It is just a cold. Let him rest in bed and give him this, and he will be fine," said the doctor with a reassuring smile as he handed her the medicine pills.
Hearing this, Lucy sighed with relief.
After paying the doctor
She went back to Saiki's room.
With her eyes slightly wet
She rushed to Saiki
"Wahh Kuu-kun is sick *Sob*"
She hugged him and began crying.
As she was crying, she didn't realize Saiki was suffocating in between her melons.
'Maybe I should have gone to kindergarten after all,' thought Saiki as his soul began leaving his body.
