I rocked my body against his. His breath quickened and he grabbed the band that was secured around my ponytail, pulling it away. My hair exploded around my face, curtaining it. I was thankful for it, atleast now, he couldn't look into my eyes.

I bounced up and down on him, moaning softly. There wasn't enough space for me to move around freely, I would've suggested going to the back seat but, I couldn't talk. I stopped moving. Tired.

He unexpectedly thrusted deep inside me, with an alarming amount of force. He'd just hit my soul.

"Ow!" I cried out, pulling away from him. He pushed a lock of hair from my face and framed my face with his hands.

"Still sore?" He asked gently. I nodded. 'Sore' isn't the word I would've used. My body was on fire. It was as if I'd been run over by a truck

"We don't have to do this then." He said, lifting me off him. I recoiled as he slid out of me. I was far from satisfied. He jumped out of the car, fixing his clothes while I sat in my seat fuming. Smiling, he came around and opened the door for me. I wasn't ready to give up.

"It's too late, stay here....with me." I pouted up at him seductively. His dimples flashed at me and he nodded. With my hand clasped firmly in his, we walked up the stairs and rang the doorbell.

There was a loud crash inside the house and the door opened. Avery was handsomely dressed in a tuxedo. I gaped at him. Here I was, rushing to come home thinking he'd be worried but he was actually going to a dinner party? Avery was staring openly at the man standing next to me. I frowned. I loved Avery and I wanted him to have a boyfriend but not my...who was he to me?

"Mine!" I yelled loud enough for half to street to hear then I brushed Avery aside and stormed into the house. The cold air blasted into my face. I looked up at the ac unit in the living room. 13 degrees. I furrowed my brows and folded my arms.

Juris, apparently sensing my presence ran up to me, tongue lolling happily. She let out a few hearty barks which flawlessly ended in a growl as he entered the room. What was his name? I'd never asked.

Avery was still staring at my guest who was barely paying him any heed. The living room was terribly silent.

"So, Avery where are you going?" I asked, hoping to lighten the mood.

"Won't you introduce us?" He growled, his eyes meeting mine quite hesitantly.

I looked up at the both of them and then shrugged. " I don't know his name."

Avery stared up at me as if I'd commited a serious crime.

"I'm Jake" He said, extending his hand to Avery who grabbed it and begun shaking enthusiastically.

Jake, I rolled the name around in my head. It was a nice name. It suited him and his beachboy look pretty well. Despite myself, I started thinking of Jake and the Neverland pirates. I smiled, tilting my head forward so my hair could curtain my face.

"I'm Avery, her best friend" Avery nodded at me with a hint of pride in his voice.

Avery checked his watch and jumped, abandoning all pretence of elegance.

"Oh crap, I have a dinner party, don't wait up for me bye!" He dashed out before anyone could say anything. A few minutes later, I heard his car start and he was gone.

"Um...would you like food?" I stuttered looking up at Jake.

He stared at me and smirked, inching closer. He nodded and Juris jumped in front of me, teeth bared, ready to protect. Lovingly, I crouched down before her and explained to her that I was fine and that she had no reason to be angry. I'm not sure she understood everything I had said but it didn't matter because she left. I looked up at Jake.

"You can stay in the guest room." I offered cheerfully.

"Is that where you sleep?" He questioned, eyeing me suspiciously.

"Well, no..." I began thoughtfully but I was interrupted.

"Where's your room?" He asked, toying with his necklace. I'd just noticed it. The locket of a skull had something engraved on it but I couldn't read it. Curse my bad eyesight. I squinted at it for a while but he noticed and dropped it back into his shirt.

I thought for a while and decided that I wasn't gonna tell him. It would make parting too difficult for me. "I'm not telling you."

He shrugged, seemingly not caring if I told him or not. He looked around the living room. Everything was covered in white. There was even a painting on the wall with nothing but whiteness. Juris could've blended in with the white pillows if she wanted to.

"Sit, I'll go prepare something" I said, gesturing to a white sofa.

Jake followed me to the kitchen even though he wasn't invited. It was a very homey area. An unnecessarily large counter was in the middle of the kitchen. I'd always teased Avery for it. Juris' food and water bowl were positioned right beside the counter. At the moment, her food dish was dirty. Rolling my eyes, I threw it in the sink, prepared to wash it after having some dinner. The stove and oven were against the wall and quite some distance from the counter. Another stupid decision in my opinion. The rest of the kitchen looked normal. Except for the disturbing fact that everything was an ugly shade of mud brown. If he was going for a woody effect, he's gone about it all wrong. It was giving me very muddy water vibes. I sighed, embarassed for Avery . I walked straight to the refrigerator, hoping that Avery had something in there. He was a chef anyway. Luckily for us, there was some pasta in the fridge and I just had to heat it up.

I popped it in the microwave, set the timer to 30 minutes and began humming to myself, completely forgetting that Jake was there. I giggled at a particularly funny note, heard Jake's laughter and whipped around. Before I could do anything, he was standing before me, smirking devilishly, his hair tussled against his forehead. I had an overwhelming urge to drown my fingers into them. He lifted me easily sliding my body against his and sat me down on the kitchen counter. My legs dangled off the counter loosely. I gulped, his intention was written all over his face.

I maintained eye contact with him as he unbuttoned his trousers, as it slid effortlessly down his hips, as his erection stared up at me. He slid his hand up my blouse slowly and tweaked my nipple. I bit down hard on my lip to suppress a moan. He pushed me down gently and stretched over me to whisper in my ear.

"Take off your top...now"
