Hiding the emotions
Immediately, both Zeus and Eva sprang up from the ground departing from each other's embrace and tried to pretend as if nothing happened. Czar seemed quite amused to caught him red-handed and gritted his teeth with a sly smirk.
"Did I interrupt a romantic moment between you two? Oh my!" He tried to tease Zeus badly.
Both of them were flushed red in embarrassment. Zeus firmly walked out of the elevator and deliberately tried to avoid eye contact with her.
"We both were stuck inside the elevator. And I had called for help, why the f*ck it took so long to fix this?" He sounded very stern while inquiring him bluntly.
Czar was still grinning cheekily and glanced at Eva once. She was quietly heading out of the elevator following Zeus and she didn't even try to see him for once.
"I get it that both of you were stuck inside. But why you were snuggled in each other's embrace? Ahhh, I think I interrupted a passionate moment." He conveyed his words with an impish manner while glancing at her.
"Stop spilling out nonsense," Zeus grumbled in anger and firmly stepped ahead of him by blocking his view from her. But Czar's eyes were locked on a certain sight!
He quietly glanced at something with a frown face and shifted his gaze towards Zeus. "Isn't it, hematite? Did you give her this pendant?" He resembled very curious.
Eva finally raised her chin up and gazed at Czar with a stiff expression before answering, "yes. He gave me this pendant. Why? Did he commit a crime?" She boldly defended him as she was getting pissed off with his confrontations.
"Haha!" Czar laughed out aloud with her statement and tried to walk closer to her. But Zeus was standing firmly in between them by blocking his way and he couldn't surpass him.
"It isn't a normal pendant, little duckling. It has some exceptional magical powers. Do you want to know it?" He cryptically winked at her while replying.
"I told you countless times, stop calling me with that vulgar name. And, have you lost your brain cells completely? How can magic exist in the real world?" She appeared agitated as she responded to him abruptly.
As the situation was turning into a complicated argument, immediately Zeus grabbed his hands and started to walk away in the direction opposite her. He didn't look back at her and tried to move far apart to tone down the intense situation.
"Hey, where are you dragging me, big brother?" Czar asked with a spooky voice while being laid away by him.
Eva stood alone being completely baffled by the unexpected act from Zeus. She grabbed the stone shining on the pendant that was tied to her neck and sounded quite offended, "how can he just leave me like this alone here? Why does he always run away from me like that? I am certain that he definitely cares about me but why does he choose to hide it? And... is this... really a magical stone?" She murmured with a deep breath.

Zeus dragged him to his cabin and slammed the door hard after stepping inside. With an intense gaze, he turned towards Czar and groaned at him, "what the heck is your problem? Why were you spilling the facts about the hematite in front of her? Did your stupid brain has already forgotten that she is a human!"
Czar slowly approached him closer and brought his face closer to him. "You gave her the stone, to control her captivating smell. Isn't it?" His voice seemed quite eerie.
"Stop meddling inside my personal issues. I have never intended to mess with your matters, Czar." He appeared quite angry while growling at him in a dark tone.
He stepped a bit back from him and straightly headed towards the giant fenestration of his room. "From childhood, I was only taught to follow my strong, big alpha brother. I was never taught to be the kind of werewolf I wanted to become rather than following your footsteps... I had to discard my own will of leading life and had to tail you always even if it was against my wish...
So, I am just doing whatever I was being taught. And, that's why I will be meddling in your every matter." While speaking, his eyes looked a bit morose and his voice sounded constricted.
Zeus glared at him intensively for a while and lowered his gaze. "I know it very well; the intensity of grudge your broken heart has been bearing all along against my family... Somewhere, I can relate to your pain--"
"You can never understand the brutal agony that I have buried under my heart!" Czar interrupted his words fiercely and snapped at him. "You can never understand the loss which I have gone through... You can never ever relate my pain with you..." His voice choked as if he was almost on the verge of sobbing hard.
Zeus couldn't utter a single word and lowered his gaze. He turned back to leave the room and as he took a step forward, his motion halted.
"As long as I am the alpha of my pack, I would be protecting my pack which also includes you. But... I can't allow you to spill our secrets in front of humans... especially in front of her..." He murmured in a deep voice.
"How long you are going to run away from your feelings like this? Tailing her like a loyal dog, protecting her from any harm, caring for her... why are you doing all these for her? If you like her, why aren't you confessing yet?" Czar snapped at him with a disgruntled look in his eyes.
Zeus didn't dare to look at him and stood still with a frown face. "Stop assuming things. Such feelings can't exist between a human and a werewolf. Our worlds are far apart!" He declaimed and hastily walked out of the room.
Czar smirked with his exclamation and pouted his face. "It's quite evident that your beastly heart has been already tamed by that feeble woman. But... it would be fun if I include some plot twists in your romantic story...
Now it's my turn, to watch you suffering..." He murmured with a wicked grin and took out his phone to dial someone.
After a moment of ringing, someone picked up the call and he smirked devilishly, "dad, it's me, Czar! I have something important to notify you about big brother!"
