Chapter 1

This story started at the end of my semester. I lived in a village, where everything seemed peaceful, but the place left a trauma for me. my girlfriend left me for the city. It seems cliché, but it was very painful for me. Now I decided to move and start from scratch, creating my own love story.

Well, that's the theory.

Right now I'm like no life living in my aunt's house. She is the youngest of my mother's family. I think she is almost ten years of my mother's age. I believe she is 30 or 31 years old. Well, it doesn't matter. Because she was very kind to let me stay at her place. My plan is to finish my thesis as soon as possible. The good thing is that she lives in the city center, so I can get a lot of data for my thesis, and also maybe I can find a new lover.

My name is Joseph, but you can call me Joe. I like music and poetry. I played the ukulele for my girl - ehem, my ex-girlfriend when we were in the village. Do you think that's not romantic?

Well, forgive me fellow citizen, but for me as old fashion guy, I say it still works.

"Joseph, dinner is ready, come here...."

"Ok auntie, in a minute."

Geez, I told her to call me Joe at the beginning. I had nothing to complain about since she had already given me permission to stay.

My aunt, as the title suggests, is an aunt. She's younger than my mom's sister, around 30 or 31 years old, I think. She's not married, nor do I know if she has a boyfriend or not, because the last time I met her was when I was 12 years old, that was ten years ago.

My aunt is cute and sexy. I know she is a very cute woman. She is petite and slim, but strong and flexible. She has long hair although she wears a hair tie now. Her hair is the same length as my ex-girlfriend's.

Her skin color is also the same as my ex-girlfriend, and her face shape is round. Her lips are so sexy, sometimes I imagine kissing it. Her breasts are like twice as big as my ex's, well definitely an E or F cup.

Well, that's my aunt, a hot chick with glasses.

"How's your thesis?" She asked me.

"Good, probably. Trying to get more data at the public library near central park, seems more complete than before. By the way, how is your novel progressing?"

"To be honest, it's not going well... I think I forgot how to write love scenes."

My aunt is a novelist, she wrote for over ten years. She even got an award for her novel. She also loved poetry, she was the one who told me how to make poems. Her poems were very poetic.

"Oh...I see. That's normal, everyone has their own way of writing. You'll figure it out."

"Thank you. I hope I get better."

"That's what we have to do! Good luck!"

"Thank you."

As I ate my food, she looked at me.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"It's been almost a week since you've been here, but it seems like it's only now that we can chat casually."

"To be honest, it's been almost ten years since I've seen each other, so I'm a bit awkward starting a conversation."

"Ah, seriously? I thought you were being a badass guy, who doesn't like to talk much."

"Badass my ass, I'm a boring guy."

Why did she think I was a badass guy, I looked ordinary. I'm only 170 centimeters tall, my skin isn't as fair as hers, and my face isn't that of a Korean pop star.

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

I was silent for a while.

"I was. Now I'm single."

"Did it not go well before?"

"You could say so, it's just that... she chose another path."

She touched my hand, also smiling at me.

"I hope you find your soul mate someday."

I saw something on his face as if it was a prayer he was also waiting for.

"Thank you for the food."

I quickly got up while carrying my dirty dishes, then I took them to the sink, where I cleaned them.

"Just put the dirty dishes in there, I'll clean them up."

"It's okay, I already cleaned it."

After that, I went back to my room. With mixed feelings.
