While everything was easy as flow of water in Kotaro's end, the parents of Mitsuri were very worried unable to marry their daughter for so many years.

They just prayed that it works since they have known that Kotaro also had many failed dates like Mitsuri and hoped that both of them to have some kind of spark between them.

And most importantly, they hoped that Mitsuri doesn't blow up the cover she had. They loved her daughter, but not able to marry off their daughter was also a problem.

It was bad outlook in society, if someone is not able to marry off their daughter. And that's why they looked for well settled suitors with their connections so that their daughter can marry off to a good man and family.

And after so many trials and failures, they met Kotaro through Aunt Keiko. Mitsuri's parents from the time they met him, they could feel the difference about Kotaro.

After all, the aura he gives is not unnoticeable. The aura calming everyone, the soothing aura and pureness that makes everyone unconsciously respect him.

Seeing Kotaro, they really wanted him as son-in-law, but all about it is in Kotaro hands. Finally, Mitsuri came in with tears making them wonder if this one is also a dud.

But surprisingly, when they see their daughter fidgeting shyly and happily nodding about the proposal, they were overwhelmed with happiness.

All left was the approval of Kotaro. And from Mitsuri's description, they knew that it was only a matter of time that Aiko comes to them bringing Kotaro's approval of marriage.

And after this date, happiness was all around the Kanroji Household.

Today, after taking classes like regular days, Kotaro was in his garden. Kotaro's house was very big, too big for a single person to live alone.

There were many empty rooms to live. Well, the biggest room is used a class for students after all there is no school in this small town where he lives.

So, students come to his house and use it as a classroom. He himself also doesn't have much issue with it.

In this big house, there is big inner garden with small grass finely trimmed and in middle of it is a pond of water naturally formed due to underground water.

There were trees, the most noticeable is the grown bonsai tree which he takes care of in his free time. In this new life, there is no source of entertainment.

So, Kotaro used all this time to plant different beautiful trees and flowers in his garden. There is also a patch where he grows vegetable to make himself more self-sufficient.

And now he is sitting on the edge of the pond cooling off his legs inside it. There were many fishes inside it who came near him foot nibbling making him tickle a bit.

The serene nature and silence in his garden always calmed him.

"I really never thought I could make my garden so beautiful. But those children also helped me. I guess, I should loosen up their homework sometimes."

His garden was also used as a playground by the kids, and in between they break a branch or two making him punish them.

But he never hated all of it. This kind of slow life is all he want.

"Looking at water, I remembered about the practice. And now when I am sure about the danger, I think I should do it more."

Kotaro stood up and then started to use hamon. When he discovered his hamon ability, he tried every move he could think of.

There are many moves he can do more efficiently while some are still lacking proficiency. Till now he never got worried, but thinking of demons he knew that he has to train more properly and seriously.

Normally, the demon slayer use the breathing to kill the demons. Well, the breathing is not the necessary tool but the katana is the most important one.

Nichirin sword which is made of the ore that absorbed sunlight being bathed into constantly sunlight making it harmful to demons. Breathing style is just a tool, a way to meet up the physical aspects of demon.

If a person knows breathing style, but has no nichirin weapon then he or she can't kill the demon no matter how times she sliced the demon's head. Of course, they can fight and match up with the demon, but killing it would be impossible at that moment.

After all breathing style also supports and alters the physical expects through more oxygen intake in body. But hamon is different. Hamon uses the breathing to generate the power of sunlight in form of ripples and then propagating it through it the body and then manifesting it outside in a form like electricity.

So, hamon is a breathing method directly effective to a demon since it has the power of sunlight. But if there is something hamon lacks, then it has to be the mobility.

He can enhance his speed with using hamon overdrive in his legs, but that still falls in short the mobility displayed in the works of demon slayer.

The raw power and damage rate is much higher than most breathing style, but mobility is shortened in face of the most mobile breathing styles.

"Well, I have to practice more to use hamon effectively, and also have to increase my physical aspects naturally. But still after all I have one more advantage over breathing style."

One of the most notable powers of hamon is it's healing ability. It is very much effective. Hamon contains life energy, and naturally it can heal wounds.

Once Kotaro tried it one a tree, and he was very astonished to see a bud coming out of it. When he tried it on a seed, it grew up in a visible scale and became a sapling.

Kotaro jumped and then focused his hamon on his foot. Sparks of electricity came out of his body and condense on his foot. And like a magic, he was standing on top of water walking with ripples constantly coming out from his foot.

"Hmm… My control has improved. I have to train more versatile attacks and also have to practice to cover up the weakness of hamon."

And then he jumped back from the pond, ready to practice hamon more intensively than before.
