"So, is there anything special about the painting?" Lin Siyu asked.

"Well, if you can't tell, the painting has a small amount of life in it, which will give the person who is near it a bit of vitality and a peaceful state of mind." Lin Meiyang explained.

"Huh, that's pretty dope," Lin Siyu said while observing the painting.

"Well, how come I feel nothing?"

"That's because the amount of Qi and the quality reaches the bare minimum, so it will take a week to feel the effect."

Lin Siyu nodded as the mother-daughter duo continued to converse.

"How come you didn't teach the other to paint?" Lin Siyu asked.

Lin Meiyang shook her head.

"None of them seemed interested, especially Xinyu. She just wants to fight and doesn't care about painting."

Lin Siyu laughed when she heard this, knowing her sister.

"Yeah, I can see that. She seems like a hot-head who doesn't really want to do any artistic stuff."

"That's exactly what I was thinking!" Lin Meiyang said with a giggle.

The two women chatted for a while longer before Lin Meiyang left.

Lin Siyu closed the door and pulled out her system panel, her eyes scanning over the skills once more.

The painting skill was almost at the next level, with only 100 more EXP needed to advance.

However, the problem is that she doesn't have enough Qi to paint, meaning she has to cultivate to the peak of the first realm if she wishes to grind out some EXP.

'Well, I might as well do a couple of cycles, seeing as it's not that hard,' Lin Siyu thought to herself.

She closed her eyes and activated the Quantum Visualisation Technique.

She did this three more times before she passed out on her bed because of being exhausted.

When she woke up the next morning, she noticed an enormous increase in her Qi, but not enough to reach the peak.

'Guess it's time to do some more rounds.' She thought to herself.

Lin Siyu dedicated the next week to training, spending every moment except for eating and sleeping, practising.

She was completely alone during this time, without the sight or sound of another person.

In the end, after seven days, her Qi reached 28.8 and her EXP was just a bit away from reaching the next level.

She was also practising her painting skill, which reached level two.

Lin Siyu's mind was clear, her breathing was steady, and her energy was flowing throughout her body.

'This feels superb!' She thought to herself.

'I feel like my entire body is vibrating with power, and it's making me feel refreshed.'

With her Qi levels at the peak of the Third Stage, Lin Siyu's mind was buzzing with excitement.

She completely surpassed her expectations set a week ago.

With a smile, she walked down the stairs and entered the living room.

'Oh, man, that smells so good!' She thought, walking towards the kitchen.

When she arrived, her mother was cooking.

"You've been working hard lately." Lin Meiyang said, looking at her daughter.

She wolfed down her food and thanked her mother.

When she walked through the house, she saw one of her sisters coming at her.

This means she now needs EXP 20 to level up to level three and 20 EXP to level up Quantum Visualisation Technique.

A feeling of satisfaction washed over her as she saw this.

However, after finishing, her father suddenly appeared and said, "Come, he's here."
