I look around the shelf in the hall searching for something useful.

While I am searching I think of a new idea.

I look at the classified list and nodded with a little satisfaction. Even though it is not shown on my face.

I sign to myself. I just hope this new leader will treat him better than the last one.

" Hai Ming rights? I need you to make a new martial hall. I give you a design later and all the rules here are going to change. You will come and discuss with me when the base is finished. "

I look at him with some worried in my eyes. After all the last time someone changes the rule. It changes this peaceful city into a city full of runaway criminals.

I just hope this time everything will be better. After all, this is my hometown. I do not want to abandon them even it cost my life.

When I look at the same place where our new leader stands he has already gone. I sigh to myself and walk out to do my work.

I am flying above the city to look out for anything abnormal.

This city needs a lot of change to do and many things to fix, but the first thing I need to do is make everyone in this city follow my rule seriously.

When the order comes the chaos in this city will slowly decrease and this city will be one of the greatest cities on the planet.

Also, I need to rename this city. What is a good name for it? How about the Extinction City? Probably not. How about Blue moon? Well, I will use this name for now.

I think I will come back after a week. I will cultivate near this city if someone plans a rebellion I will know immediately.

I fly above the newly built base. Even it is a Chinese-style base. I will just accept it for now. It is not like I have any system related to building like The sim system.

He look at me while shaking and said.

I nodded at him and said

" I will give you my new law. Also, I will give you a task to find a people who suit to be a guard in this city. "

He nodded at me.

" First, any act of rebellion toward me is a death sentence. Second, any rape in my city is a death sentence. Third, any violence in this city is a death sentence except you have a good reason for it. Forth, my command is absolute if any of you refuse to listen then they will be a death sentence. That's all, it is easy, right? " I ask

He looks at me with a little awe, but somehow I see him smile slightly.

" Yes, sir. " I bow at me.

" Then your job now is finished. Also, this is a design for a new martial hall. I hope it will finish in the next 3 days. Now leave. " I said

He bows at me again and left my base.

I look at him leaving my base and smile slightly.
