Chapter 90 GOOD MORNING

My eyes flew across the room, taking in the various paintings of people, places, and objects. Devon Kai’s works were really amazing---I could almost feel the emotions in every piece of his art.

My feet came to a stop when I came across a painting depicting a corridor with many rooms off to the sides, and a boy was seen coming along the hallway with his head dipped down, as if he were trying to hide his face from everyone. The place was in Goldstein dorm, and I could say that the boy was me.

This was so heartbreakingly beautiful that it made me want to cry. I was taken aback by the abrupt mixture of happiness and melancholy that I felt.

On top of his autograph, which was located in the bottom right corner of his painting, something was written. It says there, 'When I first met her.'

Simply glancing at this photo brought up so many emotions for me. Because his work conveyed such a range of feelings, Devon was unquestionably a talented artist.
