Kara watched as Chike kept squeezing the boy's neck. She didn't find it unusual at all but she couldn't watch while Liam's cousin was killed. So, she took a break from her father's hug to talk her uncle out of killing her friend.

"Uncle Chike, stop trying to kill my friend. I don't think my friend Liam will appreciate it if my uncle killed his cousin"

Chike let go of him instantly and placed him on the ground where he went into a coughing fit.

Kara was about to say something when her father hugged her again. She could see her mothers waiting patiently for their turn.

"Dad, you… are… squishing me" She told him before he loosened his hold on her a little bit.

When he finally let her go, she saw he was trying to hold back tears.

"Don't cry" She touched his face.

"I am not crying. I think I have something in my eyes. Please, tell me you are with Kessler" Jason asked her.
