A Piece Of My Mind

Light angrily stepped into the house banging the door angrily behind her back. She trow herself on the bed crying loudly into her pillow.

She cried for hours before getting off the bed to get some water from the kitchen. she was surprised to meet Abigail crying scrubbing her hands harshly with a hard Sponge.

She rushed over to her taking the hard Sponge from her hands trowing it down to the side. She embraced her friend holding her shaky body into her arms wondering what most have happened while she was away.

She pulled Abigail by the hand out of the kitchen pushing her to take a sit on the bed.

She went over to the table taking out a ointment going back to the young lady sitting frozen on the bed . She was beginning to frighten light..

She took her friend hand which was badly brushed by the constant scrubbing of he hard Sponge on he palm.

She gentle applied the ointment robbing the opened wounds.

" Abigail what happened ? Please tell me what happened to you ? Who hurt you common abi...tell me am getting worried " Light screamed panic feeling her heart. she started to think of the words of the church youths maybe they were right coming to the university of Lagos was a wrong Choice for them. They didn't belong amongst such people.

" Li...light..am ...a ... treble person, I placed jade...in trouble, now he will grow old without his fingers " She cried out hugging light tightly to scared to let go.

Light couldn't believe her ears her eyes widened in horror.

" Wh...what...do ..... you mean by that abi..." She stuttered in shock and fright.

Abigail explained to her everything that happened with peter and her at the beach introducing Jade as her ex boyfriend to peter and the other event on the field.

" Oh...God what have I placed myself into help me light , I don't want to be arrested " She cried out again hugging her friend.

" No such thing is going to happen to you abi... someone is going to be getting a piece of my mind..I promise you abi you will be fine " She spoke holding her frightened friend tightly in her arms hate reflecting in her eyes.

She felt guilty like she was the cause of her friend misfortune. if she hadn't introduced peter to Abigail maybe non of what had happened would have happened.

If she hadn't meet Anthony on that field on the day she arrived at this god for sacking campus maybe neither of them would have been hurt..

" Light don't go and fight with him , what if he hurts you , I don't trust those kind of people " Abigail spock in fear.

She was speaking like she didn't know Anthony was one of them even the head of those people she was referring too.

" I have cut all ties with Anthony so don't worry they will never border us ever again " Light spoke with a distant look gazing at her friend.

" Light ...you did what..." Abigail screamed wiping off her tears.

Light was surprised by her friend shocked out boost she expected her support even after what peter had done.

" You heard me right , our worlds don't go with theirs all they do is answer all their problems with violence. Poor jade fingers went for it because he was trying to help you. all they know is destruction and causing other people hurt " Light spoke hate filled her tone...

Abigail couldn't believe her ears light was saying horrible things about Anthony. she wondered what most have happened during their time out together..

" Light what happened ? You can tell me " Abigail spoke in a calm gentle tone..

" We don't need to talk about it , it already a closed chapter to me , let just move passed it " She spoke pushing Abigail to rest on the bed laying by her side turning off the lights..

Anthony gang cheered loudly into the night as vented all his anger on a young man the leader of blue side.
