Xin Minxia raised a brow in confusion. The Chun Hua she knew would never leave the sect temple without a healer just in case of any accidents.

"You... You're the other one, aren't you?!"

The black haired beauty slapped her forehead and let out a long groan.

'Where the heavens is Senior Zhang?!' Then she faced Xin Minxia.

"Firstly, my other side and I are the exact same person! We just... have a different view on life and death than each other... And secondly, it's an emergency. The victim is almost close to death, if not dead already."

"Did you check their aura to see if they were alive or not? Healing Qi can only do so much for a dead person."

Lee Chun Hua's eyes widened slightly in shocking realization.

How could she make such a stupid mistake?! Chun Hua was someone who kept her aura sensing ability on at all times, even while asleep, but in the process of stalkin... ahem, 'happening to cross paths with Seth' in the Beast Lands, she had to hide her aura and aura sensing ability in order not to attract the attention of the more powerful beasts that would put him in mortal danger. Who would have known that he almost got done in by a mere awakened tier beast?

Anyways, Xin Minxia had eventually agreed to help out, in exchange for a, in quote, 'very resilient' dual cultivation partner. The older youth had long since discovered how fun it was to not sit down in meditation for days to advance by a few meagre stages.

Seth had just finished taking his sorry excuse of a bath, and had come out of the shallow body of water, stark nude, when he could feel a gaze piercing at his privates.

'I'm the only one here.'

Seth shrugged it off and decided to put on his bloodstained robes. If a beast were to attack now, then it would be a shame for him to die naked.

Lee Chun Hua pulled Xin Minxia down behind a rather huge rock conveniently standing behind the entrance of the dark pathway, and the stream. She had rushed over with Minxia as fast as she could, expecting to see an unconscious young man on the brink of death, however, she found a pale pair of buttocks instead. The boy had brazenly taken a bath in the middle of the Beast land cavern!

'Doesn't he have any shame?! What if someone were to be following him!'

She dragged down the perverted Xin Minxia whose sharp gaze was focused on a meaty sausage just in time, before Seth felt her gaze.

Xin Minxia licked her lips and turned to face the red faced Chun Hua.

"Forget the deal, I want to dual cultivate with that hunk!"

Lee Chun Hua had just seen something she was not meant to see, and was still disoriented from the shock, but that request was just too outrageous!

"He doesn't even have much Qi and his cultivation tier is the measly body awakening, you wouldn't stand to gain anything! You just want to do it for fun, don't you!"

Xin Minxia raised an eyebrow in confused amusement.

"Not get anything? Did you see that monster?! I haven't been stuffed full in a full three seasons. And who says I'm not doing it for fun anyways?."

Lee Chun Hua could do nothing but solemnly shake her head at the lecherousness of her cousin.

'Such a pervert.'

Anyways, it seemed like Seth was up, running, and perfectly okay. He obviously did not need the healer, and so it was time for them to leave before Xin Minxia would jump him and break a few of his bones while 'dual cultivating'.

"Senior sister Minxia. Let's leave."

Xin Minxia frowned deeply and scowled at Lee Chun Hua.

"What?! Why?"

Lee Chun Hua pouted and folder her arms.

"Because its an invasion of personal space! You could get into trouble with uncle Xin Xinjiang."

Hearing the name of her father, Xin Minxia could no longer argue and silently followed Lee Chun Hua out of the narrow passage way. But she had a question tugging at her mind.

"Junior sister Chun Hua?"

Chun Hua turned to face the older woman and raised a brow.

"Yeah, what is it?"

Xin Minxia held her slender hips and leaned forward with a questioning look on her face.

"Just what were you doing in here in the first place?"

Seth had finished dressing himself and was about to take his leave and go deeper into the cave while looking for awakened level beasts, when he noticed the incandescent crystal covered in grime.

"It'd be a waste to just leave it here, and besides, absorbing it is doing the world good... somehow."

Having cleared his conscience, he picked up the crystal.

Like before, the same holographic screen appeared in front if his nose once again, but this time, instead of being given an option to craft a new weapon, he was given one to upgrade his obsidian daggers.

'I think it's because the spider also had a lethal venom.'

It was obvious which one he should chose though.

He was literally itching to test the onyx blades on something. Anything. And it just so happened that an unfortunate beast generously offered itself up.
